Really great engineer!
There were several missed attempts before the booking took place and some of the rearrangements were made without checking with me first but once the engineer arrived she was, as usual, really excellent.

Engineer did not turn up
Engineer did not turn up. Had to chase to find out why. Was told he was on another job in Derby. Another person told me that the water heater had not been ordered so having to order one!
Good job we have a kettle.
Still waiting for a date!!!

Poor correspondance.
I recieved a quotation for an under counter water boiler but this was for supply only. Have tried contacting now a number of times as I require a quote for installation also. This has been over two weeks now and no-one has responded.
