A good informative course and with hands on exercises rather that sat in front of a screen all day listening and trying to take in the info, Jeffers done a top job, kept us engaged and laid the course out really well

Probably one of the best first aid courses I have attended.

Yh it was a very good day was long day but Jeffers made it more interesting and active which was helpful thought he was funny but only a little and do appreciate the course he was very helpful

We all had a great day! Jeffers made the whole experience fun, whilst also making sure everyone was confident in what they were being taught before moving on. The course was interactive and the learning techniques used kept everyone focused at all times. I quote from one employee on the course - "Jeffers is a legend!"

The course material was presented in an efficient, professional and actually fun way , the techniques were presented very clearly and we were given time to put into practice what had been taught.
The trainer came back over and over on the practical skills during the day decostruting them and than giving a realistic scenario until it became very familiar to all of us .
He was clear about what is expected from us in a real situation and what our limitations are.
I can't wait for further training.

I was struggling to find a company that could do a first aid class for 3 people at short notice, but Jeffers was very accomodating. I managed to book a class for the following week for First Aid in the Workplace.

Leading up to the class all the negotiations and preparation went smoothly. The booking process was easy. Emails were promptly answered and everything was clear.

The first aid class went great, Jeffers made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone agreed that they're confidence and knowledge had grown and they felt prepared for a first aid emergency.
