Order placed weeks ago and nothing. Three emails to them now and nothing.
Am reporting to card company to get my money back, and also to Trading Standards.

UPDATE. Finally got a response on web chat although still no reply to my emails. Still items missing 6 weeks after the order was placed and paid for, but most now received. I still would not deal with this company again

After waiting for my order with no updates for several weeks, I contacted the company and was told it was on backorder. Resolved the issue by other means and emailed Sparks Warehouse to cancel the order. Received the order several weeks after this, despite my instructions to cancel.
You didnt fulfil the order and when I queried where the missing goods were, you were unable to explain because an employee was absent on leave.
I still do not have an explanation of why the order wasn't fulfilled and I'm left with having to pay an additional shipping charge to obtain the missing part of the order. Delivery took an age too.

Return was never processed.
It all started well, my order was delivered in a very acceptable time frame however the sockets were too deep for my back boxes. I contacted Sparks warehouse who responded very promptly and gave me the return instructions. I emailed them a few days after my parcel had been marked as delivered, and they told me it would be 14 to 21 days after receipt of the return. No worries I thought. I chased them after 21 days no reply. Called them, no answer. After another week I submitted a PayPal review, no response. Escalated to PayPal and got my money back luckily, but not the best experience and have lost my future business with them.
I have not received my order yet. Had email saying it was dispatched over a week ago still not turned up. Waiting for customer services to reply to me
Received a faulty light that I cannot use. I spent a lot if money (for a bulb) on this one cos it was exactly what i was looking for. I was excited, waited a long time for Sparks Warehouse to deliver it cos it wasn't in stock. Finally it arrived, and the moment I screwed it in it started flickering. Literally unusable.
I emailed straight away to complain and never heard back.

2 stars because I got 2 bulbs, nothing more because I didn’t receive the other 2 bulbs. Ordered them all together on the 6th April, it's now the 4th June and they've just cancelled the order and sent a refund through. I emailed them multiple times prior to them cancelling and they just didn’t respond and still haven't responded or even emailed to send a message out of courtesy to let me know they weren't able to provide me with the 2 bulbs I paid for. They just cancelled instead and ignored me. I've waited nearly 3 months for these bulbs and I could have just ordered them elsewhere so they've wasted a lot of my time waiting for something, clearly I wasn't going to get.
Definitely not wasting any money or time with this company for anything else in the future. 👍🏼
Stated that goods had been sent when in fact they had not. This happened before with this company and order was cancelled. I just wish they were more honest regarding delivery times as the goods they sell are great and priced well. I only got delivery after chasing them up asking for a tracking number.

Update - now at 49 days since they took receipt of my returned items. No response to my 3 emails over the last 2 weeks. No answer to phone calls. No response to this review, despite me submitting further information to verify the purchase well over a week ago. Funny how the recent 5 star reviews got verified straight away.
Anyway, thankfully Chargeback exists. I hope that service costs Sparks Warehouse.
A truly awful company to deal with, avoid at all costs!
I'm refitting my kitchen and needed to replace all sockets and light switches with brass ones. Sparks Warehouse offered the best value for the range I wanted and I was happy with the price. Alarm bells started ringing when the stated delivery date of 2-3 days passed and after a week I got in touch to be told there was a delay with the supplier and stock was expected in another week or so.
Next up I got a despatched email with an expected delivery date, which again passed by without the goods.
When they eventually turned up I was not happy with the quality of the product and so asked to make a return. The return process was explained and I promptly sent them back, signed for and tracked, and delivered on the 17th April. I chased up the refund to be told there was a delay in processing refunds but to expect it in 14-21 days.
21 days passed and nothing, so I chase again, and again, and then after 30 days I get told there is a delay in processing refunds and it should take another 7-10 days, which is the period I am currently in.
Yes, 40 days in total for a straightforward return of a whole order, all the while I am out of pocket and they have my money and the goods. I have no confidence that I will see the refund.
Their communication is also terrible. Just one person answers emails, blaming accounts for the delay. It usually takes a chaser email to get an answer. No one answers the phone either.
An absolutely terrible way to treat paying customers, I will never use them again and I strongly advise others avoid too.
My order for lightbulbs was never fulfilled, although payment was taken. It took a considerable time and multiple emails to get the order cancelled and the money refunded.

I’m really pleased.
Without these 2 light bulbs I would have had to buy a new light fitting for the hallway. Then the matching landing light fitting wouldn’t match any more, and soon a bulb would blow on the landing too, so potentially you have saved me from having to buy 2 new light fittings. Please keep on stocking light bulbs which are not available in shops any longer.
