Still waiting for a refund for non-delivered items that were ordered in February!
It's now 23 December and I'm still waiting for a refund, despite providing my bank details. I have had to make a claim through the courts for my money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

The light bulb never arrived and the company did not respond to my email. Paypal when contacted immediately issued a refund. I have since read further reviews and find the this company has often not dispatched items ordered and paid for.
Be careful - this is scammers! Order # 211221 for SLV track system components was placed on 01-Aug-2025 with committed delivery date to UAE - 15.09.2025. Till now no progress with order. No response by e-mail to my five reminders to update status. No response to refund request by e-mail, live chart, phone . I am lookin to initiate legal claim.
Supplied a difficult to find bulb at a reasonable price. Delivery was slow and communication could've been better over that period. But build was as described, works fine ,so no issues and would use again.

Items took over a month or so to arrive.
Customer service are rubbish- I suspect that they wait until they have secured enough orders to make order- you as last one in the circle have to wait months!
Pretty poor, couldn’t be worse really. Avoid. No communication, no products sent. Lodged a claim via the bank under scam business. Absolutely avoid.

Ordered items they said were in stock in June 2025, still waiting to receive September 2025.
Same item says today on the website 'In Stock delivery 3 - 5 days'.
Avoid this company if you are not happy with that actually meaning 3 - 5 MONTHS.
Avoid this company. They are not even worth the 1 star I have given them. I ordered a light fitting which was advertised as in stock on their website. Order didn't arrive and then I was told it had been discontinued. I asked for a refund several times and they just ignored me. I opened a case against them via PayPal and won. There are many other reviews with people experiencing similar problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Garbage - avoid. Advertising products they cant supply, taking money for purchases they have no supply for and then ignoring messages for weeks. I have now been promised a refund on threat of a dispute process with credit card firm.
Wasted weeks, still waiting for cash. So many better suppliers than this!
Bulbs were wrong size. I asked to return but they said i needed to pay to send back! It was going to cost me £45 out of the £60 price to send back!

I ordered an 8ft bulb. I received a notification that it had shipped, but a week went by and nothing arrived. I wrote and had a response that were having issues getting a courier for it, but it should be sorted in a day or two. Another week went by and I wrote again. Ignored. I wrote again and got the word for word same reply as previously. I asked them to cancel my order and refund me. Silence.
