I have had a similar experience to everyone else that has left a review. I mistakenly believed this was a UK based company. It appears the address is fake. The only form of contact via email. This is a Chinese company selling poor quality goods. I did actually receive the men's jacket I ordered. It took about 3 weeks to arrive but is more like a child's size. For the last few days I have been emailing their customer services,asking to exchange for a larger jacket. The best I have now been offered is a 20% refund & told to keep the jacket !! I've not accepted this offer. I've been in contact with my bank to report this as a fraudulent company. I'm not expecting the bank to refund my money as I used my debit card & not a credit card. I would like to think, that by submitting my review, this may just stop someone else from losing money. If I could score less than a 1 star review, I would.
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!!

Just avoid! Total crap quality nothing like described or anything like the picture. I did look up the company and accidently clicked on company with similar name below with good reviews. I also thought it was an UK based company it was only when the delivery was taking so long that I looked more carefully. Trying for refund but by the looks of previous reviews I'll be lucky!

The company claims to be in the UK, but goods are shipped from China and if you request to return items they give an address in China.
Took several emails back and forth in poor English, first they offered 10% refund when we asked if we could exchange for a different size.
After explaining again we would pay the return postage we were given an address in China and told we could have a 30% refund..

Ordered jacket and boots .had no confirmation e mail or any notification. Sent 3 emails so far no reply at all .money has been taken now trying to trace goods or money back

I wish i had checked here before i ordered! they make out they are UK based, so you think you will get your items in a reasonable amount of time, but no! 9 days since i ordered and one item is still not even posted!
i will be reporting this company to my bank to get my money back as i dont expect their customer service to be so forth coming! absolute scammers! shame to as the stuff i order looks great in the photos, just dont know what quality it is since so far nothing has arrived.

Dreadful customer service. Appalling products. This company lies, takes your money and fulfills nothing. The address on the website in the Uk is false. Steer clear. SCAMMERS. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are not based in the UK like they say. They are in China and are selling absolute rubbish. I tried to cancel my order and they just told lie after lie after lie and lately have told me I have to pay a 25% charge to cancel it. Yesterday they told me I couldn't cancel it as they had already posted it, this was about 2 minutes after I ordered it lol they are full of crap.
They then said it wasn't posted but they wouldn't be able to find it among the thousands of other parcels they send out. I have never heard so many lies in my life.

Ordered what I thought would be a lovely Cardigan for my husband and what arrived was something I wouldn't even give to a "bad friend". Informed company of my concerns and was told I could not get any refund, held out and back and forth with emails, eventually agreed to a 35% refund. Still waiting...... and since ordering in mid August , nothing paid back yet so last reply from Sparkrythym "CUSTOMER CARE" after asking where is my refund ..
"Thanks for the feedback. We have a lot of orders to process in the near future. Refunds will be processed in the order they were submitted"

I am so furious ...PLEASE DON'T IGNORE THESE REVIEWS, THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE.. Overpriced for bad quality made products. Absolute Shambles as to how they deal with returns, "pass it on to someone who can wear it" they don't except returns! I can't say anymore because I will rant!!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I really should have checked the reviews before using this company. Just awful. They try to suggest they have a uk base by putting a UK address on their site. They don’t! The items were faulty and poor quality but trying to return them and even worse trying to get them to pay for postage to the far East is nigh on impossible. I’m not usually one for giving in but I asked for and got a 50% refund to keep this rubbish in the end. Avoid like the plague!

I echo previous reviews item ordered on 6th October delivered 20th October with no mention on their website that items are shipped from China. The slip on shoes are of such poor quality despite the price ! I paid £24 and believe me a manufacturing cost of max £3 is what you get. Delivery packaging was a joke . My experience goes on my social media .

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My experience is a mirror of all the previous reviews. The Mac would fit King Kong yet it is a ladies L and took three weeks to arrive. I am getting the same replies of 30 per cent refund or keep it. To get a refund I need the order/delivery label. There wasn't one in the parcel.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. The products shown look decent quality, and claim to be dispatched and delivered promptly.
What will actually happen, is something looking slightly like you ordered will arrive about a month after you ordered and paid for it, from China. It will not fit, and it will not be fit for purpose. Furthermore YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

I ordered an XL Mens jacket only to be delivered a size that fits a 12 year old.
I have been offered a 30% refund, or if I send the item back a full refund.

I have requested a full refund and return label as I am going to be put of pocket due to your incompetence, not mine, why should a customer be penalised for your mistake. Endless emails have been sent, even a picture of the jacket on a 12 year old, no budging with this lot.
It's not the money, it's the principle, poor customer relations and no desire to accept any responsibility
My advice....do not buy anything from this Company, if I could put a -5 score I would.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are a total scam site, your order will not arrive and you will not receive a refund. They are not based in the UK like they claim, it's an overseas company using fake addresses AVOID.

Brought 2 rain Mac s from this site,1 to big 1 to small ,even though they were supposed to be the same size.
I asked if I could return the smaller, as it was of no use to me.
They came back and said keep it and would refund 10% monies to me.
I stated that the Mac was no use and could I send it back for full refund.
This has gone on for days now,and they are saying 30% is the maximum refund they give, and you can keep the unwanted item.
Well, today I just gave up.
And told them what shocking company they were and they should treat their customers with a bit more respect.
They now haven't answered for 2 days,
So I don't expect anything back from them now.
So please BEWARE , do not order from This scam site.
