Wish I read this before buying a product. Thankfully 'only' a £40 mouse. Same as everyone else, got an email receipt but nothing else. Now their whole website is offline so perhaps the jig is up. Shame that Google Shopping doesn't vet their vendors better! As always, buyer beware.

I purchased a product on their website for a Christmas present. I received a confirmation email but nothing else, no shipping confirmation at all. I emailed them the following day to see if they would be sending out a shipping email as they had guaranteed 3 day shipping, but received nothing. I subsequently have tried to contact them 3 more times and have received no product and no response. Stay away from this website as it is a scam. The positive reviews on here are likely fake too.

seems to be a SCAM, receipt delivered, but no tracking. Email address does not work either. Money wasted!

This website completely scams you. An email reciept was provided, though no tracking number was ever sent. I have never recieved my item and have never been emailed.

Same thing as everyone else, they stole a ton of my money, then they don't reply to my emails, and there's no way to contact the shop "owners"

Don’t buy, believe, or trust this company. They will try and take your money and not ship product.

I placed an order based on it looking like it was reputable, I am not usually easily duped. I spent $163.00 placed order on 12/6/2023, but buying lots for the holiday, I seemed to lose track of what I ordered. Then on Christmas Day when I went to give it to my son, to my disappointment, I didn't have the item. I have tried contacting them every possible way. Of course no phone number, and the instant chat they respond to "immediately" complete BS. This site is a very pretty dressed up scam. When I checked my credit card statement, I found out the money is going to a Rachel's Pen - Phone number 919-451-0873 - I did a reverse number search and this goes to a real Rachel with this phone number. This website rachelperry (dot) me So, of course I called the number and got a voice mail for Rachel Perry, I didn't expect she'd answer. I had to call because my CC company asked me to first and of course I was curious! I have to do more research. I am going to be filing a complaint with the BBB against Both Techspot and Rachel as the money is seemingly going to her, unless the rest of this is all a front, but I will also be posting this to EVERY possible site I can for people who buy electronics, so maybe at some point they will have to take this down, I'm sure they'll find another way, but this was just rotten, it is at ANY time, but the holidays, in my own opinion WORSE. I'm sorry to everyone else who fell victim to this! I'm am usually so very careful and thorough, which makes me disappointed in myself. Safe shopping out there and Happy New Year!

Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence and research into this site. I wish I would have stumbled on these reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! It is a scam.

Massive Fraud site

I paid for airpods, I received my order confirmation by email. It is now not a order on line anymore, they dont answer any communications at all. Lost my money

Placed an order 2 weeks ago with them. I have an order number but I can't see the order status. I sent their customer services department two emails but haven't heard anything. I am not even sure if they will send me the product. Techspotelectronics is not trustworthy and their customer support is terrible. You will probbaly waste your money when you work with them. Stay away!

Total scam. Don't order from here you won't receive your product or any communication.

LOOKED LIKE A GENUINE OUTLET, EVEN HAD SUPPOSEDLY GOOD REVIEWS ALTHOUGH I THINK THIS IS FROM CONFUSION WITH A SIMILARLY NAMED "LEGIT" WEBSTORE "TECHSPOT". LONG STORY SHORT, I PAYED A FAIR AMOUNT FOR A SMARTPHONE AND NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD. THE MONEY TRANSFERED IMMEDIATELY AND I RECIEVED CONFIRMATION OF ORDER AND PAYMENT RECIEVED BUT NO TRACKING AND NO WORD SINCE THE NOV. 9TH TRANSACTION. I'VE TRIED ALL AVENUES TO CONTACT WITHOUT SUCCESS.

I was looking for a small computer for my wife, I searched with Google Shopping and this site showed the computer at a very attractive price. I followed the link, it looked legit, I ordered the computer. I put in my credit card info and clicked Pay, a "Payment Error" occurred with no explanation given. There was a chat link, it asked for my email addy and at the top it said "We respond immediately" or something similar. I entered that I got the payment error with no explanation and waited for a response that never came. I knew I had been scammed and called my bank and had them issue a new credit card and cancel the old one, What a pain in the butt. Lesson learned, hopefully.

Same as others, placed order, received confirmation email and then nothing. After waiting one week, filled out a comment form: nothing. A couple days later, sent an email to the contact us email: nothing. Tried their chat feature: nothing. I am reporting to the FTC

Same as several others. Made my purchase, received my confirmation email, but nothing after that. No product and they will not respond to chat of email. I CANNOT recommend this site and I was hopeful.

Obviously a Fraud!!!! Reporting to necessary authorities.
