I ordered a cover for our CH Liimelight Beam on 4/22/2026. I appreciated that Spa-Migo had the Beam dimensions on record. Choosing options was a breeze on-line. Living on the California Central Coast I chose the standard thickness with 5" skirt. The cover was constructed by them and arrived on 5/29/2026. The wait was worth it. The cover is very well constructed and the Chestnut Brown Vinyl color is beautiful. I am very pleased to have done business with Spa-Migo. Thanks to everyone involved in the completion of this order.

First using any spa cover provider for the first time, I was a little nervous. But their constant, persistent communication throughout the process eased any and all nervousness. I would definitely use their services and recommend them. Great and excellent!!!!!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Spa-Migo. I ordered the wrong hot tub cover and when I called to report this I spoke to Alex. He sent me pictures showing how to measure the hot tub so my order would be correct. When I sent my measurements I was called back by Jeremy who walked me through the order process to make sure I ordered the correct cover. Both Alex and Jeremy are exceptional employees. I would highly recommend this company.

After writing a 1 star review about my hot tub cover not being delivered. The hot tub cover was delivered on May 6th 2026. It arrived in great shape and complied with what was ordered and included a maintenance description along with shedul- overall pleased the delivered. But the shipping and tracking of the hot tub cover was not very good.

So fa, ordered cover in mid March 2026 and as of May 4 th 2026 the cover has not been delivered and I can’t find the covers location. According to their tracking, the cover was delivered on April 17, 2026. Have a ring camera and nothing was delivered that day.

The sales representative on the phone was outstanding! Walked us through the measuring process, very friendly and helpful. The cover fits perfectly, better than the original. Arrived within the time frame promised, very pleased!

I ordered a new cover for my Jacuzzi hot tub from Spamigo.
I was worried about the measurements since if you get it wrong it's an expensive mistake.
Jeremy helped me through every little detail and showed me how and where to measure. We exchanged photos to ensure I got the measurements right.
It arrived 3 weeks later (every cover is custom made) and it fits perfectly. Even the cover straps fit the tub without any modifications.
The cover quality is as I expected and the color match is exact.
I highly recommend Spamigo. Just call them to help you through the order.

My hot tub cover started coming apart at the seams after a few months, I have had hot tubs for 25 years and have never seen this. I emailed the company to ask for assistance and they simply said it was my fault end of story. So much for the warranty.

Worst customer service ever. I requested delayed delivery because I was out of town two weeks ago, and I still have not received the new lid nor any timeline on when to expect it. Calls and emails get one line responses and nothing happens.

The staff were pleasant. They sent the spa cover folding the wrong way.
They said they would send the correct one but I have not gotten word yet. It’s been weeks.

Decent product, very poor delivery.

The product was correctly prepared and shipped after 10 days. The cover seems well built and comes with a label indicating made in Canada. The fit and finish are good.

It took almost 30 days to go from Mississauga Ontario to Golden BC. It was difficult to get information about the shipment progress until the last 5 days. Even then the hand off from one carrier to another was not well communicated.
