Spa-Migo Hot Tub Covers Bewertungen

The cheapest materials I have every seen, the handles ripped off completely right out of the box... the material itself is so thin you can tear it with your fingers.
I have never seen such poor quality in a hottub cover... STAY AWAY from this company

I went with Spamigo because they are Canadian and their costs were very reasonable. I was contacted almost immediately and was given steo by step instructions for measurements when I felt confused.

Alex reached out to me when I had concerns about delivery. He was also very concerned I had one measurement incorrect and really wanted to be sure we had it all correct. We got it all figured out and I had my cover in less than a week as he promised.

Outstanding customer service! Alex was all you could ask for when follow up needed. Courteous… quick to respond… efficient and knowledgeable. Refreshing these days to get that. I highly recommend this company.

My hot tub lid had mulitple angles and Spa migo got it right on fits like a glove great product thanks spamigo.

Great service quick shipping! Very helpful with ordering the right cover excellent cover quality.

From the initial call working with the sales team they helped me decide on the best options for me and sizing for the hot tub. They even provided a fast track service free off change.

I received a call on the 19 June to advise hot tub would arrive on the 22 June, however 3 hours later a truck arrived with my cover.

The fit was perfect and the quality exceeded the previous cover. One of the things I really appreciated was that the security straps are adjustable. The previous hot tub straps could barely lock as the cover had shrunk. I know with theses straps this will not be a problem.

It was an excellent experience thru the whole process. I sent in the measurements and there was some concerns around the radius of the edges of the tub. They sent multiple pictures and examples to ensure it was correct. It arrived and fit perfectly. Thank You Spa-Migo!

J’ai commandé un couvert de spa sur mesure et il était parfait quand je l’ai reçu, merci à vous

Nick was a great to work with. My hot tub cover came damaged and he walked me through the whole process. Once we determined it was damaged in shipping he helped me get a replacement sent at no additional cost to me. You don’t find companies that stand behind their products like this very often. But to have one of their employees go above and beyond was just amazing. Thank you Nick for everything you did during this his process. Spa-Migo is lucky to have you.

Tres satisfaite belle qualité de toile pour un jacuzzi 480, reçu tel que commandé, aussitôt commandé à été prêté elle fut livré, contactez service clientèle pour suivi et réponse très rapide

Cover is as good as promised. But I didn’t double check before I confirmed the order and put the fold on the wide side vs the narrow side it should have been🤬
So I’ll have change the lock down snaps 90 deg and see if I can remount the bar 90 deg to match the direction of the wide side fold. My fault but a major disappointment. I live in windy NV and wish I’d had longer side flaps than 5” too

We still have not received our hot tub cover after told it would be here on June 5th. Its the 11th and no updates on shipping from the carrier TREND they used.

Bon service, excellente qualité. Je recommande

The product will take a while to get but the quality & craftsmanship is unmatched. We are very happy with our new cover. Thx again Spa-Migo

Great service, good product, good quality , thank you 🙂

Awesome to deal with and very helpful. Highly recommend and saved me money going directly through them instead of dealer where we purchased our hot tub..

The order process was great. Only hiccup was a delayed delivery due to a delivery loading error. It appears to be a very well-made cover. I would love an opportunity to provide a review of it after 2-3 years. It replaces another cover that was only 2 years old.

This was a great company to do business with…very good communication via email / tracking. The Bull Frog hot tub cover we ordered thru Spa-Migo is just what we wanted, and great quality. Super happy with the ease of this purchase, and carful shipping /handeling/delivery. Would definitely order here again.

Easy to order. Pricey mind you but I did go for some upgrades. Delivery was approximate day delivery .
Out of the boxing and in to the hotub and you could tell it was a much better cover than the original two I have gone through.
Good instructions for care . Hope it will last the years.
