great product, but slow on delivery.

I recently ordered a custom hot tub cover from Spa-Migo (Order #14214) totaling over $700. Only after placing the order did I receive an email stating production would take 20 to 30 business days—a timeframe that was not clearly communicated up front during checkout.
> When I immediately requested to cancel the order while the transaction was still pending, customer service informed me that cancelling incurs a mandatory $50 fee. Despite reaching out right away before any substantial production could have taken place, they refused to waive the fee and deducted $50 from my refund.
> Hiding lengthy production lead times until after purchase and charging hefty cancellation fees on immediate cancellations is poor customer service. I would caution others to look elsewhere before purchasing.

When I called to verify the person I spoke to spoke clearly east to understand and knowledgeable. Everything came in and the quality is amazing.

We are very happy with our hot tub cover, fits like a glove , looks great and light to lift open . When I ordered the fellow was very patient with us on the phone and gave me a projected delivery date. It came a few days earlier than expected. So all in all it’s a great product so far.

Staff helped to ensure my measurements were correct. There was a bit of confusion on my end with production date and delivery date but the cover arrived well packaged and fit like a glove. Material is great and easy to clean.

My SpaMigo spa cover is brilliant. The ordering process was straight forward, the lead time for manufacture was reasonable and delivery and set up were easy. The end result is a very handsome cover and we are looking forward to the coming winter to test its performance in the cold and snow though, I know it’ll perform as advertised.

Cover seems nice. I liked the fact that they make accommodations for the stock tub brackets. Wait time a little longer in the tooth, but I understand. The one thing that I’m just realizing now, due to my own delay in installing the cover, is that the straps stitched into the cover to secure the cover to the tub, are in the wrong place, which renders them unusable.

Very professional. Pleasant to talk to. Understanding of my problem. Talked to me about solutions amd produced a product that fit perfectly . My only critique is that every little change costs. Bundle some add-ons better.

I paid extra and it was delivered 1/2" short. There resolution was for me to pay for a new cover skin at full price and said there is a margin of error. Terrible company and I would never order from them again.

Our 10 year old Sundance spa badly needed a new cover. Looked at several sites and SpaMigo had the easiest ordering process to make me comfortable that I was going to get exactly what I needed. Jeremy actually reached out to me during the build to go over a small detail. Product arrived and it fits like a glove! Looks like it will last at least ten years in the New York elements. Great site and I would highly recommend SpaMigo.

Easy to order, and they confirmed a potential issue based on the model of the tub before producing the cover. Cover came when they said it would. *Perfect fit!

Even though I entered the model number, the cover is not a perfect fit. It is slightly too small so the overhang does not hang right on one side.
I expected that by putting in the model number, it would be a perfect fit.

The company was great to deal with from the beginning. Very helpful with helping me select the appropriate cover and easy to communicate with. Really appreciated being able to text them questions before and after my order.
Delivery was late by 2 weeks. When it arrived, it fits good but the center fold does not have any reinforcement like my previous cover did. The stitched seam is exposed which makes me wonder if the weather will deteriorate the stitching prematurely. Looking back at my order, it is an upgrade to have a reinforcement strip added and I didn’t select it. So I guess that’s my fault but this is something I thought would have been a standard on a quality built cover.
Overall the cover fits and works well for now. Next time, I would order again from here after being more diligent with the options and prices to compare to other Canadian companies.
