Spa-Migo Hot Tub Covers Bewertungen

I gave you the measurements but should have been little more so doesn’t roll up on corners otherwise it is perfect

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The process was smooth and cover was sent in a timely manner from order. There was a puncture in the cover during shipping, sent pictures and issue was immediately taken care of and replacement was sent. Overall the cover is made good materials. Delivery was also a smooth process.

The correspondence that makes sure we were ordering the correct size was good that it was going to be done right.

Notre housse de spa est très bien je recommande.

Excellent!

Great support, after a production error , they send me back a new cover with correct dimension without any fees

Great looking cover and came exam tly as ordered.

Everything was great ,The measurements were a little bigger than what I ordered along with fold was opposite also but so far a good cover,Time will tell on quality far as longevity

Perfect fit and service

The cover that I ordered had no slack in the dimensions to be able to allow the skirt to fit over the hot tub. It’s only logical that if you make dimensions exactly the same as the hot tub, there’s no way the skirt will be able to fit over the edge. I called them about this and they basically told me to get lost and had no interest in resolving the situation, therefore one star review. I would never deal with them in the future.

My hot tub cover fit perfectly, they actually got on the phone with me and went over the measurements and I really appreciated that!!

Took a lot longer than they estimated. Almost an additional month (and they already estimated a month so… basically got it for the end of summer…). That being said the cover was delivered safely, installed in minutes and overall is an awesome cover.

Product, customer service and price all were A+

This is my 2nd replacement hot tub cover. I found the ordering process very easy and straightforward. Of course, there is some uncertainty when ordering online versus in person until the time the cover arrives. Then its shipping condition is checked, and its look and fit are perfect. All in all, I'm very pleased with your cover, as is my wife!

Very good cover. I thought I measured the corner radius’ on my square cover properly. I did not. Err on the long estimate of the radius, otherwise the cover will be too tight at the corners.

Customers service
The new top is wonderful and thanks to your customer support it was accurate.

great product, but slow on delivery.

I recently ordered a custom hot tub cover from Spa-Migo (Order #14214) totaling over $700. Only after placing the order did I receive an email stating production would take 20 to 30 business days—a timeframe that was not clearly communicated up front during checkout.
> When I immediately requested to cancel the order while the transaction was still pending, customer service informed me that cancelling incurs a mandatory $50 fee. Despite reaching out right away before any substantial production could have taken place, they refused to waive the fee and deducted $50 from my refund.
> Hiding lengthy production lead times until after purchase and charging hefty cancellation fees on immediate cancellations is poor customer service. I would caution others to look elsewhere before purchasing.

When I called to verify the person I spoke to spoke clearly east to understand and knowledgeable. Everything came in and the quality is amazing.
