I had a great experience with Spacer’s customer support, especially Sarah from the Customer Success team.
I accidentally forgot to apply the vouchers that were issued for my first booking, and Sarah was incredibly helpful in resolving the situation. She quickly arranged the discounts across my first few billing cycles and clearly explained how everything would be applied.
What stood out the most was how friendly, responsive, and proactive she was throughout the process. It’s always reassuring when customer support genuinely takes the time to help and make things right.

Spacer, especially Clarisse, are very responsive and seem to get anything done that is requested of them, in a very quick timeframe. My carpark tenant and I have had a smooth first experience. Clarisse is always friendly and helpful which puts my mind at ease.

I’m beyond frustrated with this experience.
The renter provided false availability information. I booked the parking space, entered my details, and made the payment. The listing showed the space as available for the dates I selected. It got through pending before my payment went through, but the bloody renter confirmed it without consulting with me first so now my payment went through stuck with a hassle of trying to get my money back! 169 for the parking and 150 for the bond! Thats 319 bucks awaiting to get back to mee!!
According to the process, the renter was supposed to communicate with me before confirming the booking. Instead, the renter confirmed the booking without checking with me first, only to later tell me that the parking space is not actually available for another 3–5 days. This completely contradicts the availability shown on the listing.
Because of this mistake, I had to contact Spacer to resolve the issue and request a refund. Unfortunately, their customer support has been extremely difficult to reach. I’ve been calling repeatedly for the past two days, sometimes for hours, and the phone line constantly says they are unavailable or assisting other customers. Emails also take a very long time to receive a response.
For a service that advertises “no hassle guaranteed”, this has been anything but hassle-free.
At this point, I just want my payment and bond refunded immediately. The entire process has been very disappointing and the customer service experience has been extremely poor.

Communication from spacer was good however the experience was worrying. Host confirmed so money was debited but host was new and wasn't ready to provide garage until unrealistic questions such as our purchase details etc. Best for Host to ask questions BEFORE confirming. Host agreed to refund without penalty. Spacer promptly returned refund. I would use again but would be good to sort details out prior to being debited.

I was very impressed with Sarah who answered our email request promptly. She was not only very courteous but was very attuned to our needs. She was obviously very experienced, and I felt confident in dealing with her. Our circumstances changed and we did not require the services of Spacer but would definitely contact Sarah again in the future should we need storage space.

I booked and received a confirmation from the owner about the booking, but then was advised by the owner that they had triple booked the space and that they had to cancel it and provide me with a refund. I did receive the refund, but still, very disappointed! How could this actually happen. Luckily I found a different site that provided car spaces, and have easily booked and confirmed a better car space without any hassles.
