I am currently purchasing a home with Space Homes, and the experience has been fantastic right from the start. Bethany Doyle is amazing. I am honoured to have a caring, kind, understanding, pro -active and a lovely person looking after me. I truly believe if there are awards or bonuses to be given, she should be number one. She has always answered my questions and provided me with clear information every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble for her. I was worried about purchasing a shared ownership, but Beth has been patient, understanding and has helped me every step of the way. She goes above and beyond her role, she is very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend Space Homes their professionalism and their dedication truly stands out.
It’s lovey to see a company that values and cares about you as a human being and not just another number.

From hero to zero Space Homes-
We were so excited to move into our Space Homes new build in Aug 2021 along with Yorkshire Housing. From the off we had major drainage issues a legacy from the previous ground works team throughout the estate and whilst as a development we are glad that this is being resolved with a new contractor today I have finally had enough. From 7.30-8.00 every morning with have heavy plant machinery in action and the roads- which still have no tarmac on - are horrendous. I’ve given up paying for a window cleaner and taking our cars to be washed as there is no point ,the dust and dirt which comes into the house is terrible not to mention the constant noise which is like living on a building site 😞 We only moved 2 streets away where I had lived for 22 years and I really wish I’d stayed there !!! But who would want to buy a house from me when this is how we live!!!!

We recently reserved a home at Castle Lock, and the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Sue was professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to all my questions and needs and made the reservation process smooth and stress-free, providing clear information at every step. We highly recommend Space Homes to anyone looking for a new home.

We are currently in the process of buying a Shared ownership property with Space Homes. It’s refreshing to see a company that value you as a human being and not a number. Space Homes have been very accommodating and understanding to our situation. We would like to also give a huge shout out to Bethany Doyle who is currently our Sales Officer. Space homes have been a pleasure to deal with, it’s been a rollercoaster ride buying our new home and Sue & Millie (also sales manager Sarah) have been amazing throughout even with the ups and downs. Sue the sales representative at Cromwell Gardens is brilliant at her job, she replies promptly to the never ending emails, she’s always welcoming and polite, we can’t thank her enough for the help she has given us throughout the buying process. We came to view a home at the Linthwaite plot. The house was beautiful but unfortunately too far out for us to make a purchase.
I would like to give a special shout out to Bethany Doyle who has been the most loveliest sales officer we have meet on this journey. From the first email to when we went to view she was so attentive,
Kind and answered our many questions and queries. For the first time in a long time it was nice to be dealt with by someone who really cares about their job.
We hope to purchase at a closer plot in the future and I hope we meet Bethany again.

Since beginning the search for our new home in April 2024, both Mel and Sue have been incredibly helpful. Mel welcomed us to the Castle Locke estate in Knaresborough with a warm smile: nothing was too much to ask; she was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable; she told us everything we needed to know. After deciding to go ahead with a purchase, Sue has been a real professional and has made what could have been a stressful process significantly less stressful with her organisation, communication and good-humour. Thank you, Mel and Sue for being so accommodating and supportive. We love our new home at the Castle Locke estate in Knaresborough!

Excellent phone up for appointment got one straight away on the day.sue explained everything from the buying process to moving in.she was so polite and made me feel more comfortable about buying the property.the property was a very good standard the best i've seen for the money.

Had a viewing with space homes yesterday, they managed to fit us in last minute as we were extremely interested in a property! As we are first time buyers I was a little nervous but the lady(apologies I have forgotten her name) who showed us round was lovely and made us feel an ease she also explained everything to us in the simplest way and talked us through the next steps and show it all works which was extremely helpful! We are in a very early stage of buying but all the staff have been extremely helpful and quick! It’s also so nice to be working with people that are matching your excitement! Took possession of our new home through Space Homes on Friday 14th June 2024 and cannot praise the staff highly enough. They showed great patience and understanding during the process given our particular circumstances. Special praise has to go to Bethany Doyle and Julie Regan for their utter professionalism and warm hearted support during our journey.

Very friendly and helpful throughout the reservation process, we dealt with Millie throughout the reservation process and nothing was too much trouble for her. Beth helped with the sale process and was also helpful and kept us up to date throughout the sales process.

Although moving home is an incredibly stressful process, Sue @ Cromwell Gardens made the whole process so much easier. Friendly, helpful and always there to help, even on her days off.
