I was expecting the shipment a little more secure. The inside zone head came in a different box..fed ex was not gentle with the boxes even though that’s not your fault package should be packed better to prevent any issues with the items. Had bought many Minisplit from different sellers first one that came like that.

Unit Arrived Damaged
Apparently southminisplits doesn't guarantee you get the product in new condition. My unit arrived damaged and they "don't do anything for cosmetic damages".

While we do rely on freight carriers for delivery, we still expect the product to arrive in the condition it left our warehouse, and we understand how disappointing it is to receive something less than perfect.

Used fake prices and ads online to lure you in to get a salesman to call. Ordered a system listed on website and got an email saying it was a pricing glitch. Scam-y.

As soon as the error was identified, we promptly contacted you to offer a full refund or the option to proceed with the correct pricing. While this was an honest mistake on our part, it was not a scam or a disingenuous attempt at bait and switch. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but your review contains inaccuracies about our business practices. Once we discovered the pricing discrepancy, we immediately pulled the product listing from our website to review and update the pricing.
