The service was very well done. Especially under the covid 19 conditions. A very sensative touching service.

I thought that the memorial was superb and just as my dad would have wanted it. Beautiful surroundings and attentive staff.

Under difficult circumstances during Covid 19, my Mother was given a respectable and dignified funeral service. Those who were unable to attend were able to view the live service via a Webcast.

The service was a short 10 minute committal. It went smoothly and the ashes were made available to us very quickly an handed to us with great sensitivity.

Nice place - light, airy and coffin central to seating.

The crematory surrounds made you feel at ease and the service was very good with a big "thank you" to John Bentham and W Heighton's Funeral Directors for their parts in this.

The staff and service were brilliant at my dads funeral. Professional and empathetic.

Pleasant crematorium and nice surroundings
It’s a shame that only a couple of days after having my mum cremated they ask for a review.
A bit of understanding of someone’s grief rather than looking for good reviews might be better.

I had a Direct Cremation arranged here for my sister due to her circumstances. She wasn’t from this part of the country and any attendees would have to come from far & wide which wasn’t possible for most of them. Instead we will be having a ‘celebration of her life’ party in another part of the country later. The staff are very friendly and helpful here.
