Having reviewed the top television manufactures it came to a single choice or should i say several but all where Panasonic. This is where the team at Panasonic, Southampton came into their own with demonstrations of the range and noting my requirements thus providing me with a made to measure television what more could you want, oh yes i forgot a 5 year guarantee. Purrrrfect.

Good product knowledge, competitive pricing, good customer service.

In September 2014 my wife and I were considering replacing our 'ancient' Sony which had done peerless service over12 yrsand refused to die...

After trudging through the web, I came across the Panasonic Store in Southampton and 'phoned.

Tom' took the call and was great in clearing up one, or two misconceptions we had particularly in terms of the new technologies.

It would be wrong to mention names, but suffice to say two of the main UK retailers we had approached had caused more confusion on matters where Tom had been concise and it proved, accurate! They couldn't even agree over a delivery date, or the cost of installation, all crucial issues for a customer before committing to a sale.

We decided in November to travel to Southampton and visit 'the store'.

The staff were busy, but David the store Manager attended to us without delay. He clarified a whole range of perhaps seemingly trivial matters expertly and no question was too much to answer.

Result? We settled there and then for a 42" Panasonic Viera with some additional equipment.

No hassle, completely customer focussed and something, incidentally we found in subsequent calls with all the staff.

Ironically, we did experience serious Internet connection problems which on the face if it suggested a possible problem with the television.

David took our telephone calls without delay to assist and re- assure and was fully prepared to remain on our case and arrange a 'home visit' if necessary.

Happily it proved to be our dismal local BT Broadband strength which, after interminabale calls 'to India' they corrected!

We now have a brilliant appliance and confident that if we do have an issue downstream, we have an expert team only a telephone call away.

Hi there, I would like to tell you about my story, just before christmas my fridge freezer decided to pack up and i was desperate to find and another within 2 days so that i could save most of my freexer food, unfortunately currys couldnt deliver within the 2 days so I went direct to panasonic and they were brill they said that i could have an ex demonstrator with a discount of £100 and a further £200 cash back with the purchase. Along came the engineers to fit it and bless them they had to take to doors off to take the old one out but the new one slided in lovely. very happy with the service.

Simple to order from, had the stock I wanted and was well packaged. No problems at all.
