My first time at this shop.
From my first phone call for information to visiting to collect my purchases there was never a problem. The after sales (Technical) queries all answered with ease all teething problems solved.
The Panasonic/Barclays financial deal suits me 100%.
No need to shop anywhere else.

The staff at the Panasonic shop in Southampton were very helpful in helping us choose the right TV for us. They showed us how it worked and how we could make better use of the TV. Two of their staff delivered it to us and installed it, at the same time reminding us of it's various functions.

Al in all the shop staff and the guys who delivered and installed our TV were very knowledgeable with their subject.

We'd definitely go back there to make another purchase.

My visit to the Panasonic store was pure chance as I was passing by to another destination. Upon a whim I went inside where I was met by a very helpful lady, she was keen to listen to my requirements giving helpful advice when needed but not pushy in her sales manner. After considering the options presented to me and my decision made the purchase was completed. The staff in the store made everything easy for me and are a credit to the organisation.

After we had the TV.insuled by the Panasonic engineer we phoned the
Southampton store who answered few questions we still had and arranged
For the engineer to return to see us nothing was to much trouble for them.
The only thing I would ask for is a copy of five year garranteay to sent in post as when it's sent by Email we donor have printer

The young lady who served us was extremely helpful and polite. She dealt with us in an excellent manor and even offered to source alternative products for us. Couldn't ask for more.

I cannot speak too highly of the excellent service given to me when purchasing such a small item as 3D glasses. When I was unable to achieve 3D images your staff patiently talked me through my errors in order to get me up and running. This kind of service is very rare nowadays. Thank you so much all at Panasonic Store!

I have purchased a blue-ray recorder 250gb and accessories and aerial installation etc 2/7/10. A video camera hdcsd900ebk 27/7/11 and recently the hcx920ebk 14/11/14.I have always found the service good and advice in the choice of items very helpful with assistance in registration of the equipment etc.

I purchased a Panasonic Bluetooth Compatible Music System. The equipment is high quality, easy set-up instructions, gives great sound and looks good.
Ordering on the website was easy and with free next day delivery.
Delivery service was great. I received a text on the day telling me a time window of one hour for delivery and a tracking service which lets you follow the progress of the delivery van.
Delivery driver was courteous and friendly.
Highly recommended product and service.

After researching my choice of a replacement TV, and having a good idea of what I wanted, I was pleasantly surprised to hear such a well informed and knowledgeable sales person Ashleigh in Southampton.
Previous visits to all major stores only left me more confused with what to select, as basically the staff there only knew how much the different models cost and not a lot of whether they would be suitable for my needs,
Ashleigh not only told me more than I knew about the product, but also indicated a better model that suited my needs and future needs as well,
And to top it all it was cheaper than other stores and had an extra year guarantee, "Well done & thanks Purewell"

I ordered a Blu-ray player/PVR online because it was £50 cheaper than in the shop. When I went to collect it the person who served me was helpful, friendly and efficient which is what you want from customer facing staff. I used to shop at the Panasonic Store in Salisbury but sadly this has closed down so it is good to know that I can go to Southampton to get my Panasonic goodies.

I think the shop was caught on the hop by the Black Friday weekend demand but they readily admitted they'd run out of stock, offered the opportunity to cancel the order, promised to deliver asap, answered emails promptly and used an excellent delivery company which delivered within the specified hour - and in time for Christms

Could not wish for a better service very pleased with my purchase of a cd mini hi fi system a really good buy and cheaper than Amazon . It is good quality and sounds great .

Excellent purchase and great value TV for it's size. Needed a 40 inch due to space but for it's size by far the best TV on the market that also offers 4K Ultra and fantastic faultless picture.

Very happy with Panasonic Southampton store service and delivery. Only fault at present is the sound - higher you go on all settings and variations sounds a little tinny and may require a sound bar?

Recently purchased new tv had gone to other retailers before here and left not knowing to much but feeling pressured to buy as soon as entered store was greeted by friendly staff and given good demonstration of product and came home with tv recommend to any one great service and back up

I have used the Southampton store for camera equipment three times and each time I have been impressed with the service and help received. Very nice staff.

I would be happy to purchase anything from the Southampton store. Our TV was discussed in further detail even though we researched it. The spare plug for my epilator was searched for whilst I went to work and I was called, advised of cost and asked if I wished to continue with purchase and they then ordered once I agreed. When item was in they texted and called to advise. When I picked it up they were happy for me to return it if it was the wrong plug. Brilliant customer from all staff!

we only buy Panasonic as it is a name you can always get the best from.

Always made welcome when visiting this store and they give excellent information on their products. Their prices can be favourable to other local stores. Recommend.
