Be careful!
Be careful! They never returned my money after I cancelled my order.
In February, I ordered a couple of contact lenses. Since they said there will be additional charges involved, I cancelled my order and asked for my money back.
I did this on February 23rd. They still haven't returned my money and it's March.
I contacted them again, but they ignored me despite replying super fast when I was ordering contacts. Then they replied saying my money will be returned in a couple of days. This was 3 days ago. I don't think I will ever see my money back.
I advise you not to use this website and throw away thousands of dollars. There are plenty of other websites to order contacts from.

I placed an order last December 2019 for a multi focal contact lens amt. SAR 450.00, they sent me lens for Presbyopia and insisted that multifocal and presbyopia is one and the same. I beg them to take it back because they delivered a wrong item. But no they said it is the same. I consulted my local optician and confirmed that multifocal and presbyopia is not the same?? FFS! I still opened and tried the item for the benefit of the doubt and yes indeed it is not the same, it gives me dizziness when i put it on! This Soukare is a con! I made lots if phone calls and emails but all i get the apologies but what can it do? I lost moneys and time. This gives me very very bad experience of buying online... never again :(((

I ordered products from SouKare Dubai, UAE. I was excited to receive my order within three days. Their products are premier. I was most impressed with their incredible Customer Service. I'm sure there were several Associates that were involved with my order but one of the Associates was Anu who kept in contact with me until I received my order. I really appreciated this. I will definitely continue to shop with them.

I bought from Soukare from Argentina and the experience was so seamless. I loved it. The products I received are of the highest quality, and Soukare people kept in touch all the time. I got my goods at home, which is very rare in Argentina and speaks great about Soukare, because they made sure to handle the whole process so I can get my products at home.
