I ordered lenses from them and they have really cheap quality, my eyes got irritated they were blood shot red. When I mailed them for replacement they replied after ages telling me stupid reasons. I wish I could upload pic of my eyes...
I got my refund
The customer service needs to be more responsive. Sending many emails and not receiving a reply or receiving a reply that does not answer your enquiry is just as unprofessional.
I ended up receiving my refund after many attempts.
But I would advise the company to update their product details on the website and to allow customers to know of a product’s unavailability before allowing a purchase.

I placed an order for a vitamin D in 50% discount thinking I'm lucky to get this nice discount now that I needed the product for my health!
Unfortunately the customer service calls me back the same day snd they informed me that there is no stock, and I have to wait for 5 days to get the product I needed the next day.
I was unhappy to hear that but I compromised because of the good price and I decided to wait.
The day comes and they finally deliver the 50% discounted product Charging me extra + AED 20 for the shipping!!
I called the customer service to ask why did you Charge me extra AED 20 on a discounted product I was waiting for many days to receive!?
They replied it is mentioned on the website that if you purchase a product less than AED100 we charge you AED 20 for the shipping !!
In that case Dear Soukare Team why dont you mention that on the checkout page clear and obvious??!!!
So people will be aware that while they get a discounted product under AED 100 they have to pay extra charges that almost reach the start price!! The process needs to be transparent!!
Because in that case its NOT worth it to place the order and wait for days to deliver a product that reaches the start price that you could have bought from the pharmacy in your community on the spot!!
Or even better if I knew it I would have bought 2 items to go above AED 100 and wave the extra charges. But you made it difficult for me!!
It's a matter of principles, these type of information should be clear and obvious on the website or in case of a customer service call this should be mentioned to be clear to the customer!!
You also Lie to the Customer on Google Ads when you place the Vitamin D image with the discounted price + FREE Shipping..!!

I’ve been using Soukare for several years. I live in the US and go to their website periodically. Their Customer service is exceptional. Usually, the lenses ship within a day and I get them on the same week if I order on a Sunday.

BAD SLOW SERVICE , bad customer service
Horrible customer service and bad management. This is the second time I order contact lenses for express shipping that is taking forever to arrive.
LONG wait for customer service emails to respond back to me. First they say payment is pending, even though money has been charged from my account just so that they can delay. Next they say payment went through but the item is out of stock and waiting on the supplier to send it to them. IF an item is out of stock it should be updated on the website. Not take the money from customers and make them wait an extra two weeks to a month for a product that is supposed to be shipped express for $15 extra dollars.
Long wait times for customer service to reply back and to get the product.
Also my last purchase had a defected lense that kept hurting my left eye, there was a spot on it , I tried taking several photos , none of which was accepted by SouKare as a defect.
Really starting to hate this company! If I find another place to ship me Lensme contact I would never use SouKare again!

Let me just tell you! I have been using SouKare since I moved to the US. It’s been about 5 years now and honestly they have a customer service that is unmatched! I emailed them about an error I had with my order and they replied in 2 hours via email. They are so quick to reply. Aside from that the shipping is always fast, if you ask me Dubai to USA is 5 days is a flash. I’m really taken aback by this service they are so professional.

I am very happy receiving my contact lenses and really appreciate the effort of the packaging its has a very nice touch.
With the current pandemic I find it hard to buy contact lenses thru optical shops and sometimes the exact color of contact lenses you want is not available. So I decided to search online for contact lenses 2 months ago however my eye power of my preferred color is not available.
Last week I check soukare if my desired color and eye power is available. It was available so I immediately ordered as they the cash on delivery option which I am comfortable buying online if its COD..
I would like to send this review anywhere as I am very happy with the product and packaging.
Looking forward for more orders even in the future I will be in a different country.

Update: I sent a message to both the support and care team and they fixed my issue within minutes of opening (in Dubai time). I have changed my rating and review based on their quick action to do what I asked to resolve the situation.
Old review: I wish I read this before I ordered. 😭 This experience has been a nightmare so far. I have ordered the same item from other companies in Dubai and never had any issues and was very pleased. Saving $5 bucks was not worth all of this hassle. Clearly something changed within this company starting in 2020. Prior to 2020, every customer had a fantastic experience. Beginning Jan. 2020, not one customer has been happy. At this rate, no one will have to worry in 2021 because the probably won't be in business.
What company doesn't allow for a package to be held at the station and only specifies Mon-Friday delivery. This is after a two week delay because the company didn't submit the correct paperwork for customs. NIGHTMARE. And still have not received the order. 😱

They said too late and canceled my order, they then told me to place new order. I placed new order. Same thing. For whole week different stories - we will deliver, no we cancel, we will deliver, no we cancel, call your bank, call our bank, call all banks in the world finally today they emailed saying order is canceled. I still didn't get refund for the first order, it's been more than 2 weeks. When I ask them about refund - they ignore calls and emails. Scammers. Better order elsewhere.

Ordered online, they asked for my ID and card photo, I sent. Waited almost a week for delivery and then not all items were delivered. I emailed them, I called them and they ignore. I will ask my credit card to cancel this payment. Very weird enterprise, act like crooks. Be aware.
