Recently attended The Yoga Teacher Training Course in India with STS. By far the most powerful life changing experience of my life. Study of Authentic Yoga from the school was expansive, in depth, and experiential. Amazing to learn from such experienced teachers. Thank you Somananda Tantra School.

I recently completed another powerful course with STS entitled The Ultimate Tantric Woman. I spent 8 amazing days on the island of Crete, Greece with other amazing women looking to either develop or enhance our femininity and our power as women. Our instructors perfectly taught and modeled everything that I have always known in my heart I wanted to express as a woman. And make no mistake -- this course is not about superficial femininity; it is about destroying, via tantric yogic practices, the layers of karma and trauma that have prevented women from expressing powerfully and authentically. Oftentimes, this means a deeper dive into our wounding and the negative patterns and beliefs we likely developed in our youth as a form of protection, which isn't always pleasant. However, our teachers showed us lovingly and by example that as long as we are alive, we can make different choices no matter where we might be on our journey.

There are many aspects that make a woman a woman and this course helps us to identify and refine these attributes. If you are committed to doing the practices that STS teaches, I know you will grow in presence, in magnetism and in genuine femininity!

My outlook on life changed, I was awakened, and I was able to accept and love the parts of myself that I had attacked and disliked. There were many challenges, but we all overcame them together and formed a wonderful bond.
It was a trip that became one of the greatest memories of my life!

The Art of Dying course exceeded my expectations. It gave me a new perspective on death but also on how I want to live my life. I learned that preparing for the moment of death can be one of the most important things I can do in my life and should become a way of life. Everyone should take this course, it gives you a new perspective on your life and the way you prioritize your time and energy. I have a lot of material to review and study and a lot of practice in front of me and I am very excited to get started and also take more STS courses.

The quality of instruction coupled with the competency of the instructors all combined with the maturity of the program itself, which has been in existence for at least ten years made this program one of the most beneficial classes I have ever attended.

I have just completed the August 2024 Tantric Massage Therapist (TMT) training in Tallinn Estonia.

First, the program is amazing and transformational.

This is a very mature program. I'm sure there are other programs that are started by people with far less qualifications, but in this case, the program has been in place for something like ten years and it shows.

Every instructor is totally competent and in fact exemplary with a quiet confidence in their own knowledge and ability that puts everyone at ease.

The pacing and structure of the program have been worked out over time to seem to me at least to be near perfect in that each concept is introduced at exactly the right time, not too soon or too late.

You are introduced to a large group of people, in our case I believe the class size was thirty people. Most from different countries and cultures although English is a requirement, but with all these differences, immediately you begin to become familiar and by the third day you are like the closest knit family unit you could imagine. Everyone there is basically like-minded and are there seeking the same knowledge and possibly healing that you are seeking, so that is a very nice environment.

I have been doing online courses with STS for roughly a year and was familiar with Liisa and the other instructors via Zoom meetings but meeting everyone in person was really special.

We stared most days with Yoga practice and it was great to get that in-person instruction and to feel the energy of the group all existing in that same physical space.

After Yoga we normally had a lecture and the lectures themselves were worth the price of entry. I filled up a notebook with notes that I can now review and further research.

After the lectures came a demonstration of a particular massage technique then students were partnered with opposite gender partners and were directed through the techniques just demonstrated.

A full Tantra massage can take two and a half hours or more and is more strenuous than you might imagine, but also the time passes faster than you would expect. It is wonderful to be the giver or receiver of the massage.

The meditations and connections with your fellow students is also a beautiful thing.

I highly recommend this class and the STS school in general. They are the real deal and have the ability to teach you and make you aware of things you may have never even thought of, but that are incomparably important to your personal spiritual evolution.

I wish that everyone could take the TMT class because I believe it would make for a much more friendly and cooperative world.

I look forward to the next level class, TMT Advanced, and to many other STS courses to come.

I had an exceptional experience at Somananda Tantra School. The teachers are professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable, making the learning comfortable and inspiring. what is important to know is that my in-person course experience was very positive and very much serving the goal of spiritual growth. the school has very high integrity and does not compromise in their beliefs. at the end of the retreat I had learned much that I had desired to know and crave more. I have already signed up for another, upcoming course.

Taking the Tantra Massage Therapist course was a truly transformative experience for me. An expansion of the mind and heart that brought along profound healing and growth. I went into this course with great expectations but received much, much more than I ever could have imagined.

In addition to this course being spiritually transformative, it was also incredibly well organized. The teachers are highly knowledgeable and experienced. I did not waited so powerful practical and informative course that The Art of dying could bring. Was afraid of death process but on my surprise it was so simple, as small children play and get so much benefits from it. Fear is gone and smile took a place on right place and not only on my face but for all of my family members too. It is a big help that support anyone in big need to understand and prepare for magical transformation of death. Thank you. Cannot find better words.

The trainers created an atmosphere of trust, which enabled everyone to be themselves. The result was a deeply bonded group which in itself was very rewarding.
In addition, the theoretical teachings were profound, and significantly added to my practical approach to spirituality, despite being consciously on the spiritual path for 40 years.
Finally, the practical sessions in learning to give tantric massage were taught in a thorough and sensitive manner, which enabled everyone to quickly get a grasp of the basics, and to really enjoy the process.

Somananda Tantra School it’s a true Spiritual and Mystical School full of Secrets that are waiting for us for the good of all living sentient beings .
Personnaly I was speechless at the end of this course by the teachings the content and Lectures of the Teachers .

I spent 11 wonderful and unforgettable days at the tantra massage training in Tallin.
So much knowledge was given, so much healing and expansion happened.
The team is really well-seasoned, and the whole course super well organised and paced. It's dense with information and practice, from 8am till 8pm.
Somehow I wasn't sure how would this go through, but being ''high'' on the energy has made it super smooth.
I continue my regular hatha yoga practice at home, and look forward to explore the energy and tantra even more in depth.

As usual with Somananda Tantra School, a very deep and interesting course. A lot of practices supported by powerful teachers, we can really feel the benefit from it and how lucky we are to be part of the group. Thank you to the amazing and kind team, I will happily retake that course in the future.
