Hello everyone. I hereby give my honest and sincere comments of the last course I was lucky to participate called "The Revelations of the Bhagavad Gita" (Communication with God) with Somananda Tantra School.
The teachings, the hidden messages and the explanations given and Revealed by the Head of the school "Somananda" where very unique and very simple to understand. There are so many things that people in our days do not know but these things can really help them to elevate their souls by understanding their purpose of existence and their own journey. I am very grateful to all the qualified staff of Somananda Tantra School that teach me so many unique and helpful techniques to understand my own purpose of existence. The unique information shared by Somananda it cannot be founded in any books or in the internet and this is one of the reasons that make this Tantra Yoga school so amazing. In this course of the Revelations of the Bhagavad Gita, "Communication with God" even though I already read it before, I was so surprised when Soma was revealing the hidden messages one after another by giving a lot of examples and further explanations. Also the hidden techniques shared within the book were very unique with lots of meanings especially with the practice of the same. There were so many messages but the one that really make the difference for me was the way to control and stop my mind from overthinking...I did follow the instructions on how to do it and once more I realized that whatever information is shared from the teachers of this Tantra School, are authentic, pure they do bring results for those who practice what they taught. For all these, personally I am very grateful and honored to connect with this school. God Bless them all.

As usual, STS courses are fascinating. The Bhagavad Gita is a very precious text to discover again and again, and it is even more precious to be guided in this discovery by those who can understand and experience it on deeper levels.

Somananda tantra school teaches the most authentic knowledge of the ancient tradition of Tantra. The teachings are very well structured and consist of theory, pactices and rituals which makes it a full journey from knowledge to experiencing the changes in the body, mind and soul.
I am extremely grateful to have attained this enriching course. I have gained tons of new information and tools, which will potentially improve my life, relationships and spiritual path. This was my first and absolutely not last course with Somananda Tantra School. I can highly recommend it to everyone!

Very good teaching including theoretical background and practice. On the latter excellent management, creating respectful handling of personal space and limits. This is done by explicitely adressing potential issues of individuals.

I was extremely impressed with the sheer scope of knowledge presented in this two-day course. I appreciated finally finding an established school with a legitimate track record. I would absolutely take this class again and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interesting in getting a better understanding of what Tantra is about and what it encompasses. I left the class completely floored in the best of ways by what I learned and also grateful for the "debunking" of common misconceptions of what Tantra is and is not. The only thing that could have been better was if, during the lecture parts of the class presentation, the speaker's screen could have been pinned so that we (the students and audience) could have a better, larger view of them instead of just seeing dozens of little thumbnails of others. That is why this review is a 4-star review instead of a 5-star review.

The weekend workshop had some very interesting experiences, but they could've been easily condensed into half the time. Unfortunately there was too much talking without saying much, so a big percentage of the workshop felt like a waste of time. The actual experiential parts were great however and I highly recommend they stick to that and stop repeating over and over again how they're not allowed to go in depth on something because they are trying to sell their courses. Its actually a turnoff. If you are generous with your information then people will actually want to signup to get more.

We are new to tantra and we took the Taste of Tantra course to further our knowledge of the various branches within the Tantric path. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring, and they presented the information in a way that is understandable and easy to receive. I would highly recommend this tantra course to anyone looking to further their knowledge about the various branches of tantra. we are looking forward to taking additional courses with this school in the future.

It was the first time that I saw a red line in the wide field of Tantra

What an abundance of material and information given. It was very generous indeed. As absence makes the heart grow fonder of not being able to connect in person. The experience was still intoxicating and fulfilling and hope to connect even more in these deep meaningful teachings and experiences and relationships.

I did the two-day Taste of Tantra remote class. It was essentially a two-day advertisement for all the other classes that is offered by this school. There was one yoga session and a couple of short meditations. Other than that, it was a lot of repetitive information mostly talking about what’s covered in the other classes they offer, which can easily be read in their website. There were Q&A sessions, but most of the answers were there was not enough time to get into the details.

Everything was explained really well and questions answered clearly. The meditations were great and I experienced the warmth of energy moving.

This was the third class I took with this school this year, they got me hooked! 🤩

The teachings are authentic, profound and a great guidance for a spiritual journey. Make sure you get personnal recommendations if you take several classes since some of them have the same lectures in them. Eventhough it is precious to ear some lectures again since they can sink deeper and you end up with a new level of understanding everytime you ear them, I would have wish to wait a little bit longer between each repetition in order to gain a different perspective.

I will continue my journey with this school since I can tell that the teachers embody their teachings.
