Great Customer Service
Nice product. Mine came with a bad dimmer which was actually not a big deal since I was using these as closet lights and don't need them to dim. After a quick phone call to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding the install instructions, a sales or tech person immediately mailed me a new dimmer, no questions asked. The new one works perfectly, but Solid Apollo went above and beyond what I needed.

One of a Kind LED Products
I'm a novice in all things electrical but did some research and learned what type of lighting would best compliment the up lighting I wanted in my kitchen for my display of vintage glass jars. That's when I learned about Color Rendering Index which accurately shows colors. I knew I wanted 90 or higher but could not find that available at any of the stores I went to. That's when I discovered Solid Apollo LED.
I purchased the Candlelight warm white LED strip with a CRI of 94! Andrew was very helpful pointing me in the right direction for the power supply and dimmer to achieve the look I wanted. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome.
I highly recommend Solid Apollo LED for superior products, awesome customer service and fast shipping.

First time using Apollo
Couldn’t be more pleased with my first time experience with this company. The new LED COB lighting is new to me. This company had the patience to fully walk me through the installation process step by step. They also stand behind their products and will make things right if needed. I did not shop around so I don’t have a price comparison. However, I went with them based on their expertise and their instruction to do the work professionally.

I've asked for help from Solid Apollo…
I've asked for help from Solid Apollo about their products many times, both technical and concerning sales. I have never been disappointed. For example, several months ago their stock in stand alone memory vanished. I depend on several models for my work as an artist. I contacted the European manufacturer who suggested I get in touch with Solid Apollo. When I spoke with them, they offered to get delivery from the European manufacturer for me. They got a minimum order secured and called back TWO days later with news I could have my parts. That kind of service has never happened for me with any other retailer. Solid Apollo is amazing.

Easy to order - Quality product
It was easy to order, to pick only the items I wanted, and to receive the orders VERY quickly! The only thing that would make it easier at least to me is to make it easier to understand and find the different parts without knowing the exact terminology. Sometimes after a while I haven't needed anything and it becomes abit frustrating to know what I want, but not know where to find it based on the current labeling/terminologies.... My memory about some of those things isn't as good as it could be. Other than that, the quality of the merchandise is fantastic....especially when it is compared to the similarly styled items my customers try to buy at the big box stores.
