Very let down by the experience. I am planning my early 2027 wedding and wanted to choose Sola for their long lasting faux flowers, so I ordered a sample. I only had to pay the $10 shipping which I was fine with. But after 2 weeks, there is still no update on the order. Their site says "please see tracking number" but there is no tracking. Clicking to the next page shows "order still in processing". I contacted the company and the never got back to me. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank because I am petty and don't want any money going to them at all. Sola has no cancellation process. They say once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled. I read really nice reviews on Reddit and other sites so I gave it a try but I ended up really glad that I did not order my actual bouquets from them. Order at your own risk!

Single worst company we have ever worked with. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They will delay your order, refuse to respond, and they only allow you to email customer service. All listed numbers for them online are disconnected. We will now be pursuing a fradulent claim with our credit card company and reporting to the BBB.

I ordered flowers over a month ago and have not received any order updates. My wedding is in 9 days and I have been trying to get a hold of anyone to talk to and get an update for 5 days and no one has responded. Our order was over 3k dollars and can't talk to someone about it!

Do not order from this company. They do not provide the service or product that you pay for. They put information on the order tracker showing a label has been created, I paid for expedited services a month later they told me they had sent the flowers but I tried several times to file a lost package claim and they told me I couldn’t because they never picked up a package.
Finally they tried to give me credit to purchase more product with $10 extra. Why would I want to order anything else when I read the reviews of people just like me scammed out of their money and caught without the product I paid extra to get quickly just in case.
I was then promised a refund and two weeks later nothing. Please save your hard earned money and heartache buy from a reputable company.

Terrible service. Flowers came a month after wedding. Refused to refund cause they were already in “production”. It took a month to make what I got?!? Absolutely not. I got basic bouquet and one small centerpiece. It’s not even great quality. Not worth it!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

If I could give negative stars I would. Purchased several items from Sola and the site stated 3-5 business days to process. After checkout it stated delivery on Oct 5th. This is outside the date for our wedding, about a month in advance. I immediately tried to cancel. Not a week later or days later. Immediately. First, this company has no phone number to call. Second you have to use their Chat service. No one responded to the chat for days. To finally come back and state that they will not cancel the order. Tough. Their site says cancellations are on a case by case but they still refused. This order has not started, or processed yet. Yet they still refuse to cancel the order.
Do yourself a giant favor. STAY AWAY! These are scam artists and I wish I would of seen their Trust Pilot scores before hand.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING PRACTICES! DO NOT BUY!! I was on a tight timeline but according to their timeline was assured they would get me my order. I was emailed two days after ordering asking for my street address as they were preparing for shipping. Multiple emails since asking for overnight or priority shipping were basically met with “too bad”. My daughters wedding has passed, I still have no flowers and no order or shipping status. I had to go FB marketplace to get replacement flowers the day before. I am taking legal action against this company to include the money spent on other flowers. I would urge anyone else with these issues to do the same.

My best friend ordered her wedding flowers from Sola Wood Flowers well in advance of her wedding. When the order arrived, the two centerpieces looked substantially different from the product photos — particularly the amount of baby’s breath compared with the advertised arrangements.

She contacted the company and also left a comment on their Facebook page describing the problem and asking them to make it right. Rather than resolving the issue, her comment was removed and she was blocked from the page. Other friends/family who subsequently commented about her experience were also blocked.

Her wedding is approximately one month away, and she is now left trying to resolve an issue with flowers she ordered months in advance.

I would strongly recommend that prospective customers look at independent reviews and understand the company’s customer-service and return policies before ordering wedding flowers.

Giving a 1 because I can't give a zero. Problem 1) no shipping updates. Couldn't tell when it was coming for 3 weeks! It finally arrived during a planned trip so I had to have someone go grab it. 2) some flowers were smashed. 3) WRONG COLOR!! 4) so many messages back and forth with no resolution to have it done right. The options were to send me assorted flowers in the right color, and I can pull apart the arrangements to replace them... Or telling me that I can spray paint the flowers. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I can not believe they had ny orde for 4 weeks and apparently it was forgotten? I cant figure out any other reason it was not out into production. 6 weeks. No flowers. They told me last week itbwas shipped. It was not. A label was created and it sits there with no update when or if it will ship. The absolute worse company I have ever dealt with

I placed my order 7/3/26 and when I first asked about my order, I was told it would ship on 8/4. That didn’t happen.
Then on 8/11, I was notified that my order shipped but every time I run the tracking number, the carrier shows the label was created but has not received the shipment! This is true as of 5 minutes ago, today, 8/18/26!
I needed those flowers delivered to me no later than Thursday, 8/20/26 for my wedding!!!
Every time I contact "customer service" I'm told that sometimes tracking doesn't update in real time as the package is scanned throughout transit, but that's not the issue and they are not listening! It shows and I called the carrier to verify, they have NOT received my package!

Didn’t ship my items until after my wedding. They said it would take 22 days, but it was more like 40. Save your money and order from Amazon. More tha. Half the price and same quality.

I ordered flowers for my wedding based on the color and appearance of the “Beauticious” flower included in a Sola Wood Flowers sampler. What arrived in my wedding order was materially different—much darker and more saturated than the sample I relied on.

Instead of resolving an obvious product discrepancy, customer service dragged me through repeated back-and-forth messages and asked for the same photos multiple times, even though I had already provided clear comparisons showing the difference-- literally matching the discrepancy against pantone swatches. They refused to offer a reasonable refund or replacement and repeatedly minimized what the photos plainly showed. The entire interaction left me feeling gaslit, as though I was being unreasonable for expecting the product I ordered to match the company’s own sample.

Wedding purchases are time-sensitive and emotionally important. I expected basic accountability and a fair solution, not delays, repetition, and dismissal. Based on both the incorrect order and the way customer service handled it, I cannot recommend this company.

I'm so disappointed and overwhelmed! The colors I chose are not what shows in the color chart so I'm buying spray paint to re-do some of the flowers in the PREMADE arch and ordering pampas grass to add to the back side. On the bouquets I made the mistake and hit DIY. THAT a hot mess and unless you plan on handing the job over to a professional its going to take you forever!! I'm literally on Etsy RIGHT now ordering my bridal and bridesmaids bouquets. The picture of the premade arch is below - I didnt even worry about taking pics of the stuff they sent for me to make the bouquets - just imaging going into Hobby Lobby BLIND.

They will delay your order so you have to pay another $164 expedited fee! I paid over $600 for undyed flowers that will not arrive in over a month in time for a wedding! They were not even in process until I asked for an update which happened the same day, oddly enough you can’t cancel an order if it is already in process but you can pay an extra $164 if you want your order in time for your event!

I placed my order on July 15, 2026 for DIY flowers because my wedding was approaching. According to the company's website, non-custom DIY orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Unfortunately, that did not happen.

After my order still hadn't shipped, I emailed customer service on July 24 asking for an update, as the website showed no tracking information. I also explained that my wedding was on August 5. They assured me that my order would arrive in time for my wedding.

It didn't.

A shipping label wasn't even created until July 30, with an estimated delivery date of August 12, a full week after my wedding. These were DIY flowers, meaning I still needed time to dye, assemble, and create a bridal bouquet, one boutonnière, and two corsages. By the time the label was created, it was already impossible for me to use these flowers for the purpose they were purchased.

As of writing this review, I still have not received my order, so I cannot comment on the quality of the products themselves. However, based on the shipping delays, failure to meet the advertised processing times, and assurances that ultimately proved false, I can only give this company 1 out of 5 stars.

If you choose to order from this company, I would strongly recommend allowing months, not weeks, before you need your flowers. Do not rely on the processing times advertised on their website if your event has a firm deadline.

Short version: Company advertises guarantees but doesn’t honor them. Colors are different from what you actually get and some flowers may be sent damaged. Customer service does reply within 24 hours, but cookie cutter replies.

Other reviewers are accurate in saying deliveries are not shipping in the guaranteed time (and the business won’t work with you for refunds or do anything to make anything wrong right). They created a shipping label on the day it was supposed to ship so they could get around having to pay for my order as they said they’re not responsible for shipping but usps was still waiting for the package for several days after it supposedly shipped.

If you choose to order from them do so 6 months+ in advance so if you are one of the few who does get the replacement option you’ll have time to send it back and get your replacement before it’s needed.

Customer service has improved in sending responses quickly, though they’re all fluff responses that explain why they can’t refund or replace items with a closing line of “We’re here for you”. They’re there but that’s it. Not helpful.

My flowers came with one chipped and it had to be packed and sent that way as the missing chip wasn’t in the box. There were other minor issues with the bouquet I ordered but the biggest disappointment besides their failure to honor their guarantees was the burgundy color they sent was more of a dusty rose.

Overall a disappointment. If you have a picture in your mind of what you want the flowers to look like, best not to order from here unless you want to be disappointed.

Ordered a sample set and decided to purchase a set for wedding. Selected the color enhanced option, was not impressed with order. It arrived over a month later and was crammed in box. Boutonniere’s were in a bag crammed on top leaving one broken. Bouquet was very dull and even brown compared to non color enhanced sample flowers. After reaching out to customer service was told they couldn’t do anything to make it right or return for refund.

NO REFUNDS! NO RETURNS! NO LIVE SPOKESPERSON! Took 15 days from time of order to time of delivery. Can't cancel and can't return.

Unresponsive and unhelpful customer service. Expect shipping delays and policies that are unfavorable. Please don’t be misled by the influencer ads on social media (Instagram). I was distraught the 2 weeks leading to my wedding since they would not deliver the flowers. Instead I bought a (much) cheaper bouquet from Amazon which was pretty enough.
