I got the assessment end of Sept 2023 and the panels installed in November. Very happy with all of the interactions. From the initial survey, to the installation which was all done in 2 days and the grant application process. Also have to compliment the customer and technical support team who answered all my questions about the system itself and the phone app.

Efficient replies to emails and kept to planned installation dates. System has been running for almost six months and have absolutely no complaints.

pre installation assessment was very through with multiple site visits and client engagements conducted to find solutions to tricky cable runs and general installation challenges.

From the point of getting the quote, to the installation I could not have been more impressed with the service provided by Solar Generation. The price was very competitive but it was the service that really sets them apart. From the initial house call right through to post installation when I have been calling them with random questions, they have gone beyond any expectations.

When going through options, they have no interest installing a system in excess of your individual requirements and give the pros and cons of every option.
