From my initial call with Jason everything with ASEI was so smooth. Jason even went out of his way to take a call after hours one evening to talk to my wife after work as she had some questions. Conor and Aaron arrived at 8am to start wiring and Evan and his crew arrived shortly after to start on the roof. By half 1 all was done and we were generating our own electricity. Couldn't be happier with the service. I get asked a lot about solar in my line of work and I will definitely be recommending ASEI to anyone who asks in future.

Great experience from quote to install
We went with [ASEI] for a solar system and couldn’t be happier. Sales rep Killian was clear about costs, requirements, and payback time — no pushy tactics. Installation team arrived on time, install quality is solid, finished within 5 hours and left everything tidy. System has been running for a week and we’re already seeing difference. The app monitoring is easy to use. Highly recommend if you’re in Bettystown/Meath and thinking of installing a solar.

An excellent experience from beginning to end. Arrived onsite at 8am and left at 3pm. Cathal, Barry, Damien and Padraig were very professional, affable and provided all the important information I needed to run the system. All sound lads. They took every bit of waste away and left nothing in our bins or outside. Prior to us deciding on ASEI, Aubrey was very easy to deal with and very responsive and knowledgeable. Our system is working brilliantly. we are delighted and would highly ASEI.

Last week, I had solar panels installed by ASEI, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. After gathering multiple quotes from different companies, ASEI stood out by offering one of the most competitive prices without compromising on quality.

On installation day, their team was punctual, professional, and clearly well-organised. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. What impressed me most was how neat and tidy everything was, both during and after the job. They took great care to clean up thoroughly, and you genuinely wouldn’t even know an installation had taken place.

Roofers were excellent and very tidy. Installed 16 Longi 470w panels across 3 facings. Cables were hidden so no strings visible.

2 x 9kwh batteries fitted.

I also decided to connect through ethernet via TP-link as there was a socket in the attic that is connected to the same circuit from the upstairs booster.

Conor, Aaron and David done a nice neat job on the electrics. I decided to run them underneath the plinth so nice and tidy.

System has performed excellent, even yesterday with the sun coming and going.

David came out the house initially to discuss best way to install everything and I didn’t feel pushed either.

We recently had a full solar, battery, and EV charger system installed by ASEI, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.

It began with Aubrey, whose guidance on system sizing and specification was thoughtful, clear, and perfectly aligned with our family’s needs. He took the time to understand how we live and translated that into a system design that makes complete sense for us. No question was left unanswered.

In the office, Maggie handled the grant process and scheduling seamlessly. Every interaction was smooth, proactive, and reassuring — exactly what you want when navigating paperwork and timelines.

The installation itself was where ASEI truly shone. The weather on the first day was apocalyptically wet and cold, yet Darren and Evan, the roofing team, pushed through to complete the framing safely and professionally. They returned a couple of days later, once conditions improved, to install the panels to a superb standard.

The electricians, Conor and Aaron, also went above and beyond. They put in a very long day (in similarly rough conditions) to get everything installed, configured, and spotless before leaving. We did hit a few WiFi-related setup issues, but the lads stuck with it patiently and professionally until everything was fully resolved. They even followed up in the days after to ensure the system was performing as expected.

The final result — the system, the installation quality, the documentation, and the communication — was fantastic. Pricing was transparent and extremely competitive, especially given the level of service and craftsmanship. Invoicing and payment was simple (including that to support the EV grant from SEAI).

We can only highly recommend ASEI to anyone considering a solar, battery, or EV charger installation. A brilliant team delivering brilliant work.

The company were excellent to deal with. They guided us through the selection of solar equipment that best suited us, the grant, and the installation process. The installation date was set quickly and the workmen arrived the day before. They were so efficient and all works are to a very high standard ( and I am fussy). They explained the system to us and could not have been more helpful. They cleaned up everything. You would not know they were there. A very good system with very professional staff.

ASEI was recommended to us by friends and we were not let down by the experience. Aubrey was patient with the litany of questions and second guessing. He explained everything in detail and ensured we understood the process and what to expect.
The installation happened two days ago and true to their word, the two crews - Conor and Aaron (electricians) and Darren and Evan (panel installers) were excellent. They discussed the options and got to work. By lunchtime we were fully installed and generating electricity. Conor went through the APP and ensured we understood the system.

We got ASEI to be our installer in our SP journey. They were excellent from start to finish. First contact with Killian , who took all his time to explain us - always available to answer any questions. Aubrey, Maggie and the two installing teams - all spot on. Maggie took care on all the admin documents and Aubrey was excellent explaining us how to move forward. On the installation day - we were booked for 8 am - teams arrived 7.55 am - worked and completed the install . Work was done neat, all questions were answered. No dodgy deposits - as others were explaining - when we investigated the market initially we got over 10 different surveys and quite a lot of nonsence explained by other solar installers. ASEI took 50 % deposit on the day we got a date for the install and the rest after the work was completed. The price very reasonable, and the care they took for us through the whole journey was the best. Thank you ASEI - trully progessional team.

The standard of the team who did the installation was second to none. Michael Paudie Damian and Cathal were a really professional and very social bunch of lads. Everything explained very well before they left. Dealing with Aubrey and David initially was also a pleasure. Definitely no pushing products or sales talk. And thanks to Maggie in the office for all her help with grants etc. Highly recommend this company.

After negotiating with a few other vendors, we decided to go with ASEI and it turned out to be an outstanding decision. They were considerably cheaper than other vendors but with no dip in the quality of service. We were well informed all the way through the process and when it came to installation, the roofers took time to discuss all options before starting any work and the Electricians did a great job explaining all the tech side.

A bit thanks to Conor and Aaron in particular who were very helpful and did a great and tidy job while also respecting the space while they worked.

Couldn’t fault them installation was quick and easy. Great backup with installing the app and changing things on it to suit ourselves. No hesitation in recommending them for our solar panels.

Had a sigenergy system, battery, panels and automatic changover recently installed by ASEI and can happily provide a v positive review. Great system, huge savings ao far evening in March and changeover kicked in one evening last week and we didn't even notice for 5 minutes. Many thanks to Killian and Aubrey and the team. This was a very smooth transaction, the boys were very professional and quick at completing their job. They were very tidy and took away all rubbish. They completed all the paper work and we had very little to do. Thank you very much for your advice in the process and such a smooth interaction
