A Disappointing Experience with 3SPOS: Lack of Communication and Unprofessional Treatment
I recently had a disheartening experience with 3SPOS during the hiring process. From the beginning, there were clear signs of poor communication, management and unprofessional treatment that left me deeply disappointed.
After a phone interview with the team leader, I was invited for an in-person interview at the company's headquarters in Cairo. Although the interview went well, the trouble began shortly after when I was informed of my acceptance and plans were made for me to start working on a specific date.
As someone who resides in Mansoura, the distance between the two cities is significant. Despite this, I invested my time, effort, and resources into searching for suitable accommodation near the company's location. This commitment was based on the agreement made with the company.
However, just days before my scheduled start date, I received a sudden and indefinite postponement without any proper explanation. This left me in a state of confusion and frustration, as I had already made plans and commitments based on their initial offer.
In my attempt to seek clarification and official confirmation of our agreement, I reached out to the team leader, who assured me that I would still be joining 3SPOS after a certain holiday.
I requested an official email to confirm or disagree our agreement, as I had been in contact with several other companies awaiting my response regarding potential employment opportunities.
I trusted his words and informed other companies of my acceptance with 3SPOS, leading to missed opportunities with those organizations.
Unfortunately, this cycle of miscommunication continued. I was then informed by the CEO that I had been rejected by manager at UK, This was shocking, as I had already been given reassurances of my employment and had taken further steps based on those assurances.
The entire experience left me deeply aggrieved and caused me significant inconvenience, financial loss, and emotional distress. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism and lack of transparency from a company that I had hoped to work with.
Additionally, I would like to mention that despite sending an email to the manager at UK to address the situation and seek resolution, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from him. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply disappointing.
Furthermore, it is disheartening that no compensation or acknowledgment has been offered by 3SPOS for the significant effort, time, and financial resources I incurred throughout the hiring process. The company's failure to acknowledge and address the impact of their actions only adds to the overall negative experience.
I strongly urge 3SPOS to take immediate action to rectify this situation, provide compensation for the losses incurred, and improve their communication and accountability practices. It is essential for companies to value the time and efforts of candidates and take responsibility for their actions.
I sincerely hope that by sharing my experience, others can be made aware of the challenges they may encounter when considering opportunities with 3SPOS.
I urge 3SPOS to take immediate action to improve their communication processes, ensure transparency, and treat potential candidates with the respect and professionalism they deserve. It is crucial for companies to uphold their commitments and communicate clearly with applicants throughout the hiring process.
My sincere hope is that no other candidate has to endure the same frustrating experience that I had with 3SPOS.
