Great service from Chris at Middlebrook. Excellent customer service without being pushy.
However, subsequently went down hill.
Delivery company (furdeco) came 3 days earlier than requested so spent easter bank hol monday disassembling old sofa as didn't want to end up waiting another week or two for the next available delivery.
Only one sofa arrived, other wasn't on the order.
One that arrived had manufacturing faults.
Called sales who said email after sales team( they don't have a contact number)- complete waste of time, sent photos etc and never responded for over 3 weeks except to confirm they were investigating. One woman on sales was very helpful others i spoke to weren't really interested.
2nd sofa came a week later via companys own delivery team - this one was ok.
Hence, i bought from these people as they were apparently a smallish family owned business which i normally like to use, but in this instance, I would say stick to the big name sofa retailers as they will have teams who deal with issues should they arise and be more interested in fixing problems.

Julie at the Warrington store was amazing, she was very helpful and helped us find the perfect two piece sofa!

We visited the middle Brooke store today and Chris was amazing, there was no pressure to buy and nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all products and services.

It was an amazing experiance to visit here,and completed our sofa hunt.The staff is amazing and We came across Garry F, he is such a nice man to talk about our requirments and what we are looking for. So definitely recommend to visit for your hunt.

Bought a sofa that was delivered 2 weeks late after 2 days a button popped off and we discovered a hole behind another cushion we contacted the store and complained they asked us if we would wait till after Christmas as this was December and we agreed after contacting them again after Christmas we were told someone would contact us to sort it out which didn't happen then they just started to ignore our emails. The staff are really nice and all over you but it seems as soon as they have your money they don't want to know you this is by far a reputable company and I would swerve this company at all costs.

Absolutely fantastic service and the people were very helpful and assisted us to our needs. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family

So disappointed, if you look at most of these five star reviews they are all about the staff being great on ordering , and yes I had a lovely lady called Paula, at the Bolton shop when I ordered , and they ask to to come on here and write a good review for them , which I nearly did as she was great .
But then my sofa arrives , with the wrong footstool over 6 week ago , totally different design to the one I ordered, I whatsapped them showed them photos , they agreed I had been sent out one to a different sofa set , and they would provide a different one , I have been ringing and ringing , leaving voice mails, no one gets back to you , and if you do manage to get through to somone they say ill get back to you in half hour , then nothing, I ordered my suite in August, and im still waiting for my footstool , with not one person telling me when im going to recieve it .
Im so frustrated , never had such bad after care , and a company that won't speak to you .

No pressure sales, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great choice selection.

Chris was very informative of the difference in chairs and colours they offered, he wasn't pushing fit a sale he understood what we needed and helped us make a decision.
