Sofa Max Bewertungen

Hi.. the expertise, knowledge and honesty of Marco at Sofa Max, is incredible all I can say is Thank You !

Sofa Max have a huge selection of quality branded sofas to choose from that are in stock ready for delivery. So no waiting for months for a new sofa to arrive. While visiting the store we had brilliant, knowledgeable customer service from Marco and Ash. Marco in particular spent the time with us to help us make a decision without us feeling like he was pushy in any way. They both had the knowledge from experience to answer any question we had which was reassuring.
Upon speedy delivery of our sofas the team were courteous and respectful of our property, they set up the sofas exactly where we wanted them and took all the packaging back with them.
Since then, one of the sofas developed a problem which was handled by Ash with exceptional, no quibbling customer service.
I'd have no hesitation to recommend Sofa Max and we will certainly return when looking for another sofa.

We were so pleased with our sofa from Sofa Max and even more pleased with the service we received- from going in to the showroom to delivery everything was great- special mention for Ash who was so helpful! We will be back for more sofas in the future - wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I think this is the best selection of quality sofas I’ve ever seen, I said to Marco the owner I could have taken them all home!

I settled on a stunning model called Paris (don’t tell my Mrs it’s a sofa)! It’s absolutely beautiful and the build and material quality is the best I’ve ever seen.

Delivery was flawless with everything screwed together on site and all packaging taken away. Sign of a quality company.

As a sole trader myself I love to support family business and at this time which is hard for all of us I implore you to not go past these lads.

I bought recently a Natuzzi sofa in this outlet. The sofa delivered with absolute good quality. Most important they allow zero deposit and cash on delivery give customers more confidence on the company especially for a discounted price product. One minus point is the packing not so rigid but the delivery man is experienced and very careful, fully sitted in my living room now. Thanks Marco and Ash, a good buying experience I can say.

Overall brilliant experience using this company , firstly the quality of there products is amazing , always recommend to family and friends (who have also purchased from Sofa Max) we have had our sofa for 2 years, we recently had a problem with a break down on the motor on the recliner , Sofa Max was absolutely brilliant, customer service was once again amazing, they swapped over the motor for new one with no problems . Can’t thank the company enough.

After looking for a sofa for months, not happy with the poor quality and service at the main companies like dfs or sofology. Never thought we would be able to afford such quality that they sell here, in addition Marco was super professional, knowledgeable, fair and very honest. Absolute gem of a sofa outlet and the staff are a credit.

We initially responded to an amazing deal on a Natuzzi Arezzo triple cinema seating setup offered via their outlet store. Wonderful luxurious seating with powered recline and headrest adjustment ,cup holders, storage and usb charging points. We’ve added rechargeable lamps and cushions but these are mainly for display as the sumptuous seating is fine as is.

Whilst at the store a riser/recliner chair was recommended as the comfiest chair of this type so after trying it we purchased that one too at a great price for the spec. It now sits in a new Therapy room in my house. I’m disabled with poor lung function and specific needs.

The chair is extremely comfortable with different adjustment settings to suit my needs. These include rising to help me out of chair, with separate powered leg rest and reclining back to many different levels (beyond horizontal), powered lumbar and headrest adjustment. That’s 4 separate motors by my reckoning.

We received excellent service from Marco and Nicky, who suggested the chair when we initially explained my requirements. She showed us the different functions and how to use them.
As soon as I sat on the chair I discovered just how comfortable it was. Supportive but not too firm. When fully reclined, it is great to sleep on. Also I’m advised by health professionals to keep my feet/legs raised when’re possible, which is easy to achieve using this chair.

It has so many options I’m spoiled for choice.
Not only that, It looks really good and fits into my room beautifully.
I’m really pleased with my purchase.
Thank you Nicky for all your help.
Communication and aftercare service has been excellent and greatly appreciated. Delivery guys went above and beyond when delivering. Overall an exemplary service and lovely seating covering a spectrum of needs.
I have no hesitation in recommending…

Absolutely fantastic service. Great product, great price, and very personable service.

Absolutely fantastic place I've looked for months and found what I wanted as soon as I went here...lovely staff and delivery lads...from start to finish..quick delivery..not like the big store's that want you to wait 3 months😂 can't recommend this company enough...please go and see the stock they have 💯% you won't be disappointed 👍

The new Sofa Max store in Church is absolutely amazing. It is full of really high end, quality pieces at excellent prices. The service is second to none. Staff are really knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. The guys held some furniture for me for a couple of months whilst I was moving. They took care of it really well. When I came to collect the furniture it was extremely well packaged and have been very well looked after. The staff were really kind and helpful. It is definitely worth a visit - the new showroom is beautiful. The quality of the furniture is fantastic, prices are really reasonable and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Wow what a sofa its amazingly comfy, warm to touch and feels so solid, could not be happier, Amazing staff, Ash gave us drinks and a chat no hard sell needed best sofa place we have been to ever and what's more they have stock to sell from amazing experience worth the trip of 200 miles Volante Panama concreate.

Great leather powered Melarno leather recliner 3 and 2 seater sofa, delivered without fuss after ordering last week excellent delivery service nice guys set sofamax up took all packaging and helpful with care of products, fabulous really comfortable, highly recommended

One of the best shopping experiences in a furniture shop. The salesperson Ash got it just right, was not pushy at all, attentive and gave great advice.
On top of everything the prices were great!

I walked out purchasing an armchair, a side table and coffee table that were delivered down south 2 days later!
Great service - keep it up!

Bought 2 rugs from them back in January 2020, and sales person Ash, couldn’t be more helpful and nice to accommodate my purchase. Very honest people to deal with, and high quality items. Thank you so much for an easy pleasant sale.

Best service you could expect from a retailer.
We did have problems in this difficult times, but Ash and Tim could not work harder to put things right.
Would recommend most highly.

Honestly this was the best experience we had ever had, at a sofa shop. We drove all the way from Hampshire to Accrington, near Manchester. We had booked an appointment prior to our arrival, as we were looking for two new sofas.

Macro looked after us from start to finish. He was exceptional in this knowledge and the way he handled us for the 4 hours we were in the shop. I would highly recommend. From the start to the delivery of the sofas they looked after us. Thank you

Absolutely brilliant !

I bought a fabulous Natuzzi sofa which is spectacularly gorgeous, together with a stunning wing back chair and two extremely comfortable beds.

Quality wise everything is top notch.

Ash and the team couldn’t be more helpful, they kept my furniture in storage for almost 5 months due to delays on my house renovations.

The delivery guys were extremely courteous and helpful.

I can’t speak highly enough of Sofa Max, not just fabulous furniture and service, the combination of cost and quality is first class.

Update ..... I went back again on 22nd June, bought a very on-trend LED floorlamp and large wall mirror. Again, faultless service and quality is exceptional.

What a breath of fresh air this company is!
Found sofa max online, as we don't live on the mainland.
I ordered the LaZboy 2 seat and 2 chairs, spoke with Ash explaining that it needs to be wrapped securely as it was coming to the Isle of Man via a shipping courier. Ash arranged for me to have photographs sent by email before and after the wrapping process and I even received photos when the suite was delivered to my couriers depot.
The whole process was hassle free, the only thing I had to worry about was if the colour matched my decor, as it's hard to judge online. It turned out to be even better than I thought!
When the suite arrived at my home, our delivery boys even mentioned that it's the best wrapped suite they'd ever handled.
If you're looking for a hassle free experience with top quality furniture and service, then I highly recommend SofaMax.

Excellent service from start to finish, Well worth travelling from Selby. We will definatly shop here again. Great Product, great prices & delivered before estimated date.
