Great prices Great selection. We want 4 sofas 2 for extension 2 for lounge found what we liked & 7 weeks later they were delivered. Great service from delivery guys all put together & checked everything was ok. Same with the sale room staff 1 cushion incorrect but they have ordered us a replacement 10/10. Would highly recommend

Have just taken delivery of my settee and chair. More than happy with the quality and looks great. The two delivery guys were really nice and helpful and even loaded the old suite onto a truck. Great service.

My husband is terminally ill, to make his life a little easier we purchased two rise recliner chairs, the care we received was amazing, no pushy sales just really good friendly service, nothing was too much trouble and the lengths went to to get them to us ASAP was second to none, we are so grateful and thrilled with our purchases, we will definitely recommend and use you firm again

Purchased two sets of sofas from here. Absolutely fed up of the “other” big furniture stores! Found this lovely place by chance.
From stepping in the shop, totally relaxed non pushy atmosphere. From purchase to delivery, on a date we asked for, absolute brilliant service. A big shout out to the delivery men too, they delivered on our moving house day, the only time I smiled all day when they turned up! Lovely lads. Thankyou.

Top class service from start to finish. From the fella who advised us without using heavy handed salesman tactics, the delivery lads who were first class and the ladies who helped us pick a rug I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We will definitely use sofa emporium again

Delivery arrived exactly when they said it would. Driver called when 45 minutes away. Both delivery guys were polite and very careful when manoeuvring the furniture and they had to carry it upstairs. Set up very quickly.

We're so happy with our Sofa's! From the showroom experience to the delivery and fitting was like clockwork! We were left alone to browse and the salesman was very knowledgeable about what was on offer. Once we had decided we only had to wait 2 weeks for delivery! The two lads who delivered our 3+2 were friendly, polite and professional. Our new suite looks fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sofa Emporium!

The lads that come to put the couch together were amazing, couldn’t fault them. The only down fall was that I waited over 8 weeks so was nervous but they always reassured me!

Absolutely fantastic service from Sofa Emporium. Ordered a sofa and chair on the 30th April and was advised on 6-8 weeks delivery with the bank holidays coming up. Received a phone call with delivery slot and the order was delivered exactly 3 weeks to the day from ordering. The delivery team, Matt and Simon were super efficient and polite. Really pleased with our purchase. Would highly recommend.
