We had been looking for a bathroom cabinet with mirror lighting and shaver socket and they were so expensive from the shops we looked at. We found one on Soak which was very good value and ordered it. It came when they said it would and was in good condition. We haven’t plugged it in yet but providing there’s no issues can’t be happier with our purchase.

Great products, great price, great delivery exactly what you want.

A whole new level of useless. 3 items ordered.... delivery date booked. Delivery didn’t show up as Soak.com didn’t give the items to the courier in time. Not even the courtesy to let me know.

Items eventually came but two items short. Again not even an acknowledgment. Eventually an email advising one item was out of stock... great given this was part of a set and would now be refunded. Still no sign of the third item.

Eventually an email advising next item due for delivery. Again, almost zero notice. Meanwhile lots of emails sent but no courtesy of replies back.

In short, don’t be seduced by the low costs. They couldn’t run a bath, have the customer service skills of an ape, and are utterly utterly incompetent at everything but messing things up. Stay clear

This is the second bath I've had from you. Made a mistake should have got this one in the first place. Not unpacked it all yet. The biggest mistake I have found is that you use, hardwood bits of wood too screw the bath panel clips on to, they tend to split when put a screw in. Should use a soft wood that's the only real fault. Stewart.

i previously wrote a review for soak singing their praises, however from a recent experience i do not feel i will be using them again. what they fail to tell you when you purchase from them is that you will struggle to get a courier to return any items, you will not be able to insure alot of them and that Soaks return policy forbids you from taking the item back in person so you are at a catch 22.

i am now £200 down because the courier lost my parcel, despite my father in law living 10 minutes from the returns address, i could of easily of delivered it myself.

I've kitted out two properties with Soak now, but i will not be using them again unfortunately.

An update , finally soak came back to me after 5 attempts. Apparently it couldn't possibly be the product that is not up to standard , it's the fitters we used ! 🤔and the product being misused. (Of course everyone misuses showers right?)
Even though at least 3 fitters have seen it now and all said the same things about the actual product not being of quality. I can only imagine the fitters are responsible for soak only replying after 4 attempts too!
Terrible company , they should give honest descriptions of their products fixings that look metal are actually cheap plastic. I will not even bother going into the marks and bits coming off on the sink cupboard and bath panel as I imagine that would be the fitters also !
Will never use again and have gone to another company to buy a quality shower enclosure. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !

Excellent delivery and service and a very good product. The shower screen looks very impressive (the plumber who installed it said it was good quality) and it really is "easy clean". Would definitely recommend.

The mirror came on time.
It could be hung landscape or portrait, we choose landscape placing it about 45 mm above a chrome trim at the top of the tiles. There were two problems
1/ The sensor didn’t work here I imagine it was the proximity of the sensor to the reflective trim.
2/looking along the side of the mirror all of the wires junction box etc were visible as it is only covered in on the long sides.
I turned it round to portrait orientation and rehung it after re routing the wires. It works fine. I would have preferred it to hang the other way but it looks ok.

Very easy process great discounts and quick delivery

Purchased an offset quadrant shower and tray. The website was easy to navigate with all the information needed. Ordering was simple and delivery was promised and delivered within a week, all safely packaged. Overall, a good value product.

Web site great. Delivery great. Installed a shower waste and both factory made joints on the flexible connector leaked. Shower now out of action. Emailed Soak.com a week ago. Not even bothered replying. Very poor quality product and customer service. In fact, there is no customer service. Thank goodness I have only ordered a shower waste!

First time I have used this company. I order full cloakroom suite with tap and pop-up sink drainer. Good arrived qickly and were exeptionally packed with multiple layers of packing. Quality was ecellent and better than expected for the price paid: £170 all in with there 25% sale discount. Come reccommended for price and quality.
