I ordered on february 1st and I still didn't receive my order, they answered my emails but didn't give any real information on when my order is going to be delivered or where is it. Please don't order there if you actually want to receive something.

Your package has been in France since the 10th. Unfortunately, the delay is due to ongoing issues with the local courier, which are outside of our control. We understand how disappointing this is, especially after waiting.
As previously communicated, if the local courier does not resolve the issue and complete delivery this week, we will proceed with a full refund.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The customer support team was extremely responsive and provided constant updates throughout the entire process, right up until delivery.
Shipping was fast and the package arrived earlier than expected, which I really appreciated. Communication was clear, professional, and reassuring at every step.

I was sent a free replacement pair of pajamas by snuggle after previously receiving a pair that fit a bit small and they are much more loose and comfortable as well as the quality being just as great.

Had some problem with my order but the customer service team was very helpful and friendly.
In the end, I got my order and I love the pants, they’re so soft! A little too long but I’m 5’1 so i didn’t expect anything else. I’m size S and I would say they’re true to size.

I placed an order on 12 december, its now 10 january and it still not arrived. do not pay for faster shipping. i am located in the netherlands btw. so maybe if you are closer to the actual shop it is faster but i am done waiting.

The only order we can find from the Netherlands that matches this name (Schmidt) was placed on December 26th, not December 12th.

Shipping time is the worst!!!! I paid extra for faster shipping especially since I needed this as a Christmas gift. I ordered this on the 20th of December and it’s the 8th of January and I STILL did not get it. DO NOT pay extra for shipping

Our standard delivery time to the US is 7–9 business days. With express shipping, orders usually arrive 1–2 business days faster than the minimum of the standard timeframe. However, your order was placed during the Christmas and New Year period, when there were multiple non-working days and holiday backlogs, which unfortunately caused delays outside of our control.
According to the latest tracking update, your package was delivered today, so please check your mailbox, front door, or any safe place where deliveries are usually left.
That said, we completely understand your disappointment, especially since this was meant as a Christmas gift. As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund the express shipping fee in full, no problem.
We truly apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.
