Product and service terrible - the Powerpack Slim 2 does not show % for battery charge, which makes it not very useful. The issue I have is they kept telling me there was multiple LED lights that showed 25% increments which was untrue and then the best part of the scam was they charge you $9.95 to return the product but after submitting claim you have to wait for them to issue return details - very poor customer service from an Australian company - don't use them!
I emailed before my trip, regarding, me having ordered a little late before my trip. Asking if shipping would make it before departure. They replied straight away, and would make sure my power banks would arrive in time. And it did. so would recommend SnapWireless.
This power pack holds a good amount of charge, enough to do my phone twice, and is easy to use. I like that it can charge two devices at once - I wish both USBC cables were extendable! Great for travel with the range of power adaptors
It is perfect, exactly what I needed and it is especially ideal if you have just purchased the iPhone Air
I only use Snap since they released the Mag car mount. I have upgraded and added to my tech since then and love their products. I only use snap for all my charging needs.
Perfect travel combination. Quickly charged phone, with at least 2 full charges. Would benefit from a usb-a point to plug in to. Having the 2 usb-c cords was very helpful.
My goods have not arrived. Sold products that I was told was in stock. When it came to delivery suddenly not in stock. No communication from them unless I chase them. Been 7 weeks and no update as to when to expect. Do not use
This is my second Snap Power Bank and i am left disappointed with the second gen. Loved my first one and used it both travelling and at home. I recently purchased another for our recent trip but found it average at best - didn't charge well, was bulky, hard to connect to a power point cos it was so clunky and needed something to support it whilst charging (i was forever looking for books, tissue boxes, face washers etc as props). the first Snap i had, included USB ports which was amazing as i could plug into those and charge on the wall at the same time, this does not include which i wish i had have realised when buying. LOVED the first, but not the second.
Snap ultra slim wireless charger. Charger added a maximum of only 40% charge. Inferior product and very poor customer service. Would rate 0/5 if there was that option.
Sadly very disappointed with the service and products… took weeks to arrive, had to send several emails cause the tracking number I was sent was wrong…
After a month the unit struggled to charge.. it now takes 7days to fully charge… have reach out to their help centre and there slow response and their poor customer support is very disappointing.. I have to now charge with the usb cable…and can no longer use the PowerPoint connection.. meaning the international plugs that where the reason I chose this product are useless… all this at a month old
Also funny how I can’t leave a review on their website no wonder they have so many positive..

Ordered product on 24th January 25, shipped from China 3rd February to Hong Kong.
As at 14th February still sitting in Hong Kong awaiting flight assignment for over 10 days.
Another gift that hasn’t arrived in time.
A comparison is I have ordered products from another company and had product shipped from China and delivery in 5 days.
I ordered a case for my phone a couple of weeks ago and when it came it was the wrong one for my phone. On further inspection I noticed that the picture that I went by to order my phone was attached to the wrong description and model of the phone. I have an S24 Ultra and the cover is for an S24. I have been in contact and explained that I have been sent the wrong case, but because I ordered the wrong model, they have told me they won't do anything about helping me with it. I would like to at least have been given the option to have the cover I got sent back to them, and the one I am after sent to me. I have also asked for a refund, but no one has got back to me as of yet. I have bought a lot of SnapWireless products and never had any issue with them, but they're customer service leaves little to be desired.
After infrequent use (just for travel), I went to plug this in at a hotel, and the wall plug prong snapped off. Looking at other reviews, this is not uncommon. Have attempted to lodge a request with SnapWireless but despite being able to submit it, there was no email confirmation or record under my login so not sure that has gone anywhere.
Prior to that, would have rated between 3 and 4 stars as sometimes it would intermittently not charge something that had been attached to the device for hours. Frustrating when you're traveling. The wireless charge for iPhone was also very patchy.
I think this product is a case of great marketing, average quality, minimal customer service.
The company took my money and never shipped the order. A month later I am trying to get my case resolved with no luck. I’m at the point of having to report the company as fraudulent. So whether the technology is good? I don’t recommend risking it.
I bought multiple of the 65W GaN Power Adapter that have x2 USB-C and x1 USB-A outlets for my children and husband. Now they can charge all their devices when we travel in a small and compact unit. So small to take with you and so easy to use in multiple countries. They are all thrilled with this charging adapter. Thanks for a great product!
Personally, I also own many SNAP items (e.g. 65W Universal Pro portable charger 15,000mAh, 100W GaN Power Adapter, Pocket Power bank, Car Charger, Trvler sling, Trvler Bag Tags, and Snap DUO. My daughter has a one of those Travel Power Bank that's square 10,000mAh). That's alot of SNAP products - we are fans and we have not been disappointed with their products or service when we've called on them or had questions.

One week in, the Lighting tip on this charger broke. I contacted Snap & they never bothered to respond. No dramas, charger still works with USB & C outlets... And I didn't want to be a whinger. 1 year in (taking this on its second holiday, barely used outside of hols) - wall prongs entirely snap off. This charger was made of cheap, poor quality parts but priced at a premium. Not even gonna bother contacting them because I already know they don't care.
They're just a get rich quick startup with a big Meta advertising budget & cute videos & packaging. Re-badged poor quality products you can find quite quickly for a fraction of the price on Temu & Wish etc.
Avoid Snap entirely & buy a branded charger from JB HIFI or Bing Lee or Kogan/Dick Smith or literally ANYWHERE but these folks. Not worth your time. I'll keep posting these literally everywhere I possibly can so other people don't get stooged by this company.
Find something with GaN (disperses the heat better) & faster charging (these are 20w you want 45w+).
I'm about to go on two overseas trips with my boys and I bought three chargers, the new Universal 20w and 2 x powerpack pro's. The quality is insane and I love the case the universal 20w comes in, we're off to London, Singapore and Japan and has all the connectors we need. I don't think I can travel without these now, so happy with my purchase! highly recommend this product. I'll be buying more
I'm very happy with my purchases. Sometimes I can be forgetful, so these traveller tags will bring me peace of mind in my next travels.
A Very Welcome Re-gift
I re-gifted this bag to my daughter who has never had a computer bag. Its first trip was to Canada and was greatly appreciated!
Although I haven't yet travelled with it, I find it really useful to have all my charging requirements in the same place. It charges quickly and then charges devices equally well. Great to have somewhere I can charge my android phone AND my ipad mini.
