We’ve looked into your order and can confirm it was successfully delivered on March 16th, so it doesn’t appear that the parcel has been lost.

Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery conditions and any delays (including weather or disruptions within US postal services) are unfortunately outside of our control.

Excellent customer service

I recently had an issue with my portable charger. The team at SnapWireless could not have been more helpful. I was so impressed with their timely and helpful responses to my issue. Problem sorted. Delight to deal with. Highly recommend this company

Bought six of these chargers as gifts…

Bought six of these chargers as gifts for friends/family and everyone is faulty. The process to replace faulty items is made difficult by the supplier, making people give up and Snapwireless makes a profit off sub-par products. Do not buy!!!

Our warranty process is designed to be straightforward so we can track issues accurately and resolve them quickly, not to discourage customers from claiming. We replace or resolve confirmed faults, and we certainly don’t profit from faulty products.

Perfect for travelling home and abroad
This new charger / power bank design is great. Once charged just seperate the top charging part from the battery to save space and go out sightseeing for the day. The ability to charge multiple devices at once is great when you get home and plug it into to the PowerPoint for the next days adventures. The retractable charging cord is a great addition when charging and using the phone at the same time.

Fantastic must-have product for overseas travel

Having bought the original PowerPack Universal several years ago, I recently bought 3 units of PowerPack Universal 2 for myself, partner and daughter. The upgrade has so much improvements, including option to have Lightening cable or x2 USB-C cables, the extendable cord, the ability to magnetically separate the units to reduce weight/size. Comes in great color options too, so we don't fight over whose charger belongs to who ! Real gamechanger for overseas travel with clever adaptors to suit whichever country you may be in. Thank you Snap for a great product !

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! Product arrived faulty and took weeks to organise a replacement as such poor communication. Was asked to send video after video of 'fault', and then when replacement arrived it was faulty as well. Took weeks to organise a refund.
They use AI for customer support! Only when I spoke with a 'human' did the issue get sorted out! Took over 2 months to get a refund.
I paid a higher price thinking I'd get a better product, but that wasn't the case!

At the time, we were transitioning to a new support system, which led to delays and poor handovers. Since then, we’ve tightened how faults, replacements and refunds are handled so this doesn’t happen again.

Snap wireless website over states how good the product is…

Only five star reviews on their website – and when you start looking elsewhere, the real problems begin to become apparent.
I’m in Vietnam and I need to spend my entire time propping up the charger so it will charge because it doesn’t sit in the wall properly as it’s too heavy to hold itself. It takes forever to charge and the cord is too short.
Disappointed that there is no USB port and in the end we had to buy a 1 m cable and an adapter for the appliance.
On the plus side it does actually charge the phone quite quickly – it’s recharging the adapter that takes forever!

5-in-1 SnapWallet does not work

Purchased the SnapWallet 5 in 1 Wallet Power Bank from Westfield Marion thinking that it was a great idea but the product does not work.
- It does not stay on - switches off after one minute.
- Apple 'charge ring' does not work.
- 'Find my' does not work.

Have contacted customer support to be only answered by an AI bot demanding complex videos showing problem.

Not recommended - do not purchase their products.

I recently purchased a powerbank

I recently purchased a powerbank, however it is not compatible with my mobile so wanted to send it back for a refund. I had not conformation of my order and no paperwork sent with the charger. This was purchased through afterpay. Now they are saying my order number is wrong and no record of my order, even though i have sent screenshots of afterpay and postal delivery. Now i am not even getting any return coms. 🤬🤬🤬

Traceable luggage tag…

I ordered a traceable luggage tag on 15 Nov. According to my ‘SHOP’ app it was returned to sender 2 weeks later (having not been delivered). I left a phone message and sent an email trying to sort out the problem. No response.
I was notified today that the item was delivered on 11 Dec (as a priority) to Eastern Creek NSW. 😩
Not my address. What’s going on Snap Wireless. Very poor!

I recently bought 3 of the new…

I recently bought 3 of the new chargers, and gave 2 as Xmas gifts. On my one the wireless charging doesn’t work, The cables work, and the power bank is charged. I contacted company and got a bot which said customer service would follow up. I was sceptical, and originally posted a poor review, but am back to update and amend, they were help and fixed my issue. So, pleased with the product.

Customer service is non-existent

Is there anyway of contacting this company? I bought 3 power banks and 1 is faulty and their live chat is unresponsive. It has been 2 days and no one got back to me. I thought they were a good company with ads littered the internet.

the 6 in 1 travel power bank (powerpack universal 2) is very good, comes with different adapters which is great for when you’re travelling overseas. however the battery life itself is a bit poor only lasting 1 and a bit full charge. I had expected a little better but nevertheless a great product!

Love these products

Love these products
I have bought a few items from snapwireless and I use all of them. No more worries about bringing lots of charging cords away, keeping everything to a minimum. Great website to navigate with really helpful 'how to' videos. I have just bought the car charger and my task today is to install. This will be a great addition.

False Marketing Black Friday Sale

Their products are fine to be fair as I bought couple of products from them already. However, I just like to raise a concern with their website promos. I have joined and participated on their promos and never had the chance to win anything. And today, they have this Black Friday sale. It was mentioned that the first 10 orders will have a refund. I have set an alarm 5 minutes before they initiated the Sale online and I have placed an order just 2 minutes after the launch of their Black Friday sale. I contacted their IG contacts and they told me that I was just right on time when I placed my order and someone will get in touch with me. But come on, its been few hours now and I did not get any calls or been contacted by anyone from their company. I believe these so called promos are just false marketing, I am bit disappointed as I am expecting with a local business can be dodgy with local consumers. They might just pick someone they personally know to get the promo. But this unfair.
