I really enjoyed the event. It was very entertaining. Very informative and I got a sense of everyone who taught the information really wanted everyone to succeed. I really wish I could have purchased the three day Real Estate and Stock Trading three day training. I have the money but it is invested in my 401K. I am currently taking care of my 83 year young Mother who is confined to a wheelchair. I left a really good job to take care of her. Plus I have a future wife to think about now. I really want to improve my future for my mom, myself and my future wife. I have a history of buying Real Estate and so does my mother but due to bad decisions we both lost everything. I would like a second chance to start over again and I found it at this Snap Flip event that you invited me too. I hope and pray for Gods will and insight that I will be able to do it the next event you sponsor again in the not so distant future up here in the High Desert of Victorville. This event had a fully comprehensive view that lead us to see where to start. I'm looking to attend the three days workshop next month.

All the information was awesome and I was really interested in starting and attending the Aug 3 class The only problem is you guys wanted all the money upfront or half and sometimes people don’t have that you guys have to have other payment options or plans because some people can’t afford 1200 or 600 but they can do 200 300 400 so I suggest you guys come up with other payment options and the payments could be paid before the class of course but not letting someone sign up for a class if they don’t have 1200,600 is kinda messed up. You guys can always come up with a No refund policy if a person doesn’t come up with the whole amount of money two weeks before te class. But if someone is telling u I can pay in 2 weeks and u say No kinda of **** up. If u guys really were so broke before u started the program u guys should understand . & the little comment about someone attending just for a Starbucks card is so unprofessional and uncalled for. You guys advertise free stuff u shouldn’t throw it in people’s faces. Just saying “being a little too cocky”..... Wayne was awesome tho!!!! No complaints there 😜

This was fast paced but very understandable. I felt like they truly offer real support for a year at an unbelievable price to educate people to be successful at real estate flipping. You need to attend these events knowing you are ready to take the leap of changing your life since the special reduced price offer is only that night when you attend. Classes to attend are within 2 weeks.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experince it opened my eyes to ideas concepts I was previously unaware of. I would say the only down sides were the food and I didnt receive the $250 dollar starbucks card. I am however now more than ever convinced on how to create my financial freedom I'm working on coming up with money to go to the 3 day training event because I need to change my lifestyle to better suit my family needs. I would highly recommend you attend their event if you wanna have unlimited opportunity to be wealthy. Dirty heads song ; i'm on vacation has a deeply motivating line in it. "If you don't like your life then you should go and change it." If that's how you've been feeling then this event should be your first priority. In 8 to 10 yrs from now if you dont own a home you never will so why wait.

SCAM ALERT! After I investigated this SNAP FLIP program. I was warned by the Better Business Bureau "BBB Warns: Do Your Homework Before Attending House Flipping Seminars” Most consumers told BBB that the first, free seminar ultimately leads into a sales presentation to get attendees to enlist in an upcoming three-day event at a cost of $2,000 or more. Consumers who sign up for the three-day program eventually are invited to sign up for a more intensive, longer program at costs ranging from $10,000 to more than $40,000.” Then it goes on about how they take your money and give you nothing in return then they close and run to make another name and start again with new people. That’s exactly what Snap Flip is doing! Please don’t fall for this scam. They will brain wash you to take your money with high pressure sales pitch and give you nothing in value for return. After they have enough suckers they RUN and disappear only to start up again with a another name to scam more money out of people. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE GIVING ANY OF THESE TYPE OF SEMINARS MONEY. and I wouldn’t be surprise that all the positive reviews here are FAKE! This is also a trap to make you think it’s for real and works. My advice is if you really want to try new ways to make money go to the book store and READ books that guide people on how to Flip homes or what ever you maybe interested in. All you need is some books to follow from a book store. Look up book reviews and go from there on which books are good to buy and learn from. I have learned how to make extra money successfully just from reading how to books from book stores.

Everything from A to Z on how to get started was explained with ease.., when you leave a presentation excited to move forward and dont have any questions afterwards because everything was answered during..

Fast moving, entertaining, fun, informative, exciting, engaging, left me wanting to learn more & get started!

At this time I'm a little cash strapped, so anything and everything that they offered was a little out of my price range. Anyway, the method that they are using I'm kind of familiar with (someone in LA that I know is using that same method for the past 5 years). I was also familiar with the software that was mentioned as an investment tool. I've seen similar products like that in the past, but so far that is the best I've come across and the price is right. Just not the right timing for me at the moment.

$1,100 to attend the snap flip edu. 3-day course,To which Danny and Drew, were merely the bait collecting an endorsement.the course was supposed to teach multiple ways of acquiring properties,formulating contracts with contingencies, to perform due diligence w/ deals, generate a list of cash buyers and one-on-one time w/ a consultant; to come up with an action plan that includs fix and flips,buy-and-hold strategies if one was interested.Much to my disappointment this is not at all what I got.I quickly realized I just paid $1,100 for a 3-day live infomercial on their Advanced, 38k edu program.The switch! Dino, the instructor, started teaching us” principles” of an investor. “don't think like a consumer, don't be negative, don't talk to anybody else that isn't Rich because they can't give you advice.” he really hit hard on the negativity and the consumer part and told the class that if anybody is being negative to let them know so they “can deal w it.” credit cards were next. Maxing out One credit card, using another to make min. payments, to buy time only if you're making double the amount of Interest charged, sounds great in theory! how investors are supposed to be impulsive and not talk with anybody about making a deal because it'll be gone by the time you get an answer. he kept tying everything in to his 38k package. i look around the room to see if I was the only one that figured out we were being groomed, but not wanting to get kicked out I kept my mouth closed as I just witnessed two ladies get kicked out for speaking their mind about not getting what was paid for. Then right before lunch we were told that the next morning we were going to have to make some major decisions and it's time to quit thinking like a consumer. also, other forms of capital we're going to be needing if we were to generate income from Real Estate, from other vehicles, besides snaps because that's all their funding was used for. so we all filled out credit applications. After lunch for 30 min, we vaguely went over one strategy for snaps. It was explained to us but not taught to us and once again we were told in order to be successful we have to invest in their 38k plan. In fact everything that was supposed to be taught to us was in the 38k plan. The next am time for our one on one. personally I wanted to formulate a plan about by holds because my family has rentals. instead I got asked which advanced edu I would like to purchase 20k, 25, 0r 38k and this is where things got interesting! My “ consultant” Wyatt Informed me that I qualify for roughly 80k in credit and instead of using that for seed capital on other vehicles, I could half for the 38k plan and use the other half to pay off the initial credit to buy myself time !!!! But I would have to max out my current credit cards to give them some money down. I politely hin that I'm not purchasing any plans and that's when he proceeded to jump down my throat and get angry started calling me negative, that I'm thinking like a consumer. I told him I haven't learned anything that i was told we were going to learn. He inquired, i explained and he began to argue with me and cut me off. I think he was purposely antagonizing me so he could remove me from The Retreat like the ladies on the first day. the Consultants getting angry seem to be a common theme. he told me I was going to lose money if I didn't buy the program, and I thought to myself your program won't make funding available if the numbers aren't right?I said I paid $1,100 and got deceived with this infomercial, I don't want to pay 38k for Deception. his rebuttal was, I'm scared and thinking like a negative consumer.I can't be scared to do a 38k deal he told me, I told him I'm not. I'm just not going to do it with you because of the obvious reasons.I told him that with the right system, investing in real estate Is emotionless, he said but you don't have the system because you haven't paid. I reminded him that I did pay $1,100 to be taught the system not to be sold to buy the system again.The rest of the retreat was the same. no education on Snaps,grooming,and Consultants jumping down throats of people speaking their mind, kicking them out. Now they didn't want us talking to each other not because of spreading negativity, they didn't want the free thinkers,people who saw through their bs to educate the people were about to get ripped off. Psychologically manipulating ppl, to have them believe that their negative and that being label a consumer is detrimental to our ego is just a poor way to make money off of somebody. I feel bad for those who invested.

It was ok but I wish I gift card was better

The Snap Flip class was great but to get the three day course it was to high to pay for someone like me that is on a limited income every month. If I was given 4 to 6 months notice I might have been able to save to Attend the three day course. So now I’ll save money starting my next pay check to attend the next available three day course.
