Taking NCI courses has been a life-changing experience for me. I have been on a self-help journey for almost a decade and am learning things here that I’ve never learned anywhere else. It has also enhanced the knowledge I already have and is giving me language to previously learned concepts.

Currently, I’ve been experiencing a major family crisis. This program has made it easier to get through it all because it’s giving me the hope and patience that once I learn it, I can then better help my loved ones. I already have more courage to work harder on my own purpose of healing others and making this world a better place as I’m continuing to learn!

Finally, one of my favorites is the community, which is so important for learning new information as well as supporting you in your own growth journey.

I recently completed the NCI-1 Behaviour Observer course with Chase Hughes, and it has genuinely shifted how I think about communication, observation, and human behaviour.

The biggest lesson for me was simple, but not easy:
People are rarely just saying what they are saying.
Underneath the words are needs, decision patterns, values, fears, protections, and signals that most of us miss because we are listening for content instead of meaning.
For me, the course reinforced three important communication lessons:
Listen for what is underneath the words
Not just what someone says, but why that message matters to them.
Slow down the urge to respond
Communication improves when we stop trying to win the conversation and start trying to understand the person.
Influence should be ethical alignment, not manipulation
The real skill is helping people feel seen, heard, and understood — then communicating in a way that respects what matters to them.

I've been following Chase Hughes online for quite awhile. I finally decided to step into NCI-1, what a ride! I learned alot and solidified things that I already intuitively felt - game changer. I still have much to practice, knowledge by itself isn't enough, and I look forward to continuing my journey in NCI-2. I signed up for NCI-2 yesterday and I am so excited. If anyone in interested in human behavior and self-mastery I highly recommend NCI!

Wow, this course was amazing! It was put together so well, I honestly didn't expect it to be this good. Everything was laid out perfectly, making it super easy to follow along. I learned so much more than I thought I would.

I had a fabulous experience in Amsterdam with the team during our NCI-2 training event. Meeting with like-minded people was one of the best times of my life. Thank you Chase for creating this, Merlin for the training, and the Amazing team. Looking forward to an NCI-3 event and probably Grad school also!❤️

Throughout my life, I have met many people who studied psychology. Surprisingly often, there was a certain sense of disappointment after their studies. Not because psychology itself isn’t fascinating, but because many of them had hoped to truly understand how people work, why they behave the way they do, and how to communicate with them on a level where they genuinely feel understood.

Instead, for many, the degree focused much more on statistics, theory, and scientific methodology than they had expected.

And this is exactly where Chase Hughes’ NCI comes in.

In my opinion, this program delivers precisely on the promise that many people originally hoped psychology would fulfill: understanding people better. Not superficially, but practically, deeply, and in a way that can be applied immediately.

Chase Hughes teaches in an impressive way how to understand, within a very short time, how a person “ticks,” why they are the way they are, what inner patterns drive them, and how to communicate with them so that the message truly lands.

As an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy and hypnotherapist, I am deeply impressed by the depth, clarity, and practical relevance of this program. To such an extent that I truly hope to work with Chase Hughes and his team in the near future.

Anyone who seriously wants to study human beings — not just theoretically, but practically, precisely, and at an exceptionally high level — I can wholeheartedly recommend NCI.

I just attended the 3 day intensive NCI-2 event & genuinely loved the experience. Even though it was intensive, the structure and breaks were so well balanced that it never felt overwhelming. I’ve attended other trainings where I left feeling like I needed an entire work week just to process everything before I could even begin implementing it… this was completely different.

One thing I especially appreciated was Merlin’s teaching style. He taught with a very open, cross dialogue approach & left plenty of room for questions, interaction, and deeper understanding. I could see how those with language barriers might need a little extra time to catch on, but honestly, he created a safe environment to ask questions without judgment. So for future attendees who may struggle with English a bit… don’t be afraid to raise your hand & speak up. He won’t shut you down or make you feel small… he genuinely helps lead people into fresh revelation and understanding.

Having Holly and the NCI coaches there was also incredible because they genuinely treated all of us like family. The atmosphere never felt cold or overly corporate… it felt welcoming, supportive, and personal from start to finish.

The breakout sessions and hands on practice after the teachings were absolutely priceless. Being able to immediately apply what was taught helped everything sink in on a much deeper level.

I also loved the opportunity to meet so many like minded people from around the world. There was something really special about being in a room full of people from different backgrounds and countries, all there to learn, grow, and connect together.

Overall, incredibly well done & highly recommended. Thank you Chase & NCI… I cannot wait for the next event!

This is an understatement. NCI is not just an experience , its a happening of guided learning about the true self underneath all of the rules, layers , limiting beliefs. I dont just understand what has been teached , i woke up with for example an enermous amount of extra vocabulairy that i could use to make the next chapter even more valueble. Its an uprising from the you that wasnt you and a installing of the most instant skills ready to use the moment the day was over. I became smarter ,more composed and completely aware about how to create room for feelings that just needed to be felt. I didnt get judged not even in the tiniest way , and the most magical part for me was seeing, how the mentors would not lose a second of our focus during 3 days straight. They are pure , we are pure and everybody helped eachother along the way. ALSO the amount of respect and politness was incredible , what a changing of life. What an opportunity , what a gratitude i have and how i look up to everybody that was present . Thank you!

Life changing experience. I really recommend taking this course! It opened my eyes on many things and changed the way I perceive other people and understand myself.

Extremely valuable course!!
You can feel there is lot of work behind the scenes yet what is delivered is a distillation of the most practical and effective tools. Of course like everything in life it will take some time to truly master them.
I deeply recommend the course, it will change the way you look at others and at your self too.

The NCI1 training was illuminating, revealing answers to questions I had often asked. It helped grow my compassion and deep appreciation of our life journeys and magnificant mapping of the journey and the scripts we have created as we have journeyed.

Becoming a student at NCI University has been the best investment I have ever made for myself. I have truly found who I am as a person, and I have developed elite observation and communication skills that have tremendously helped me personally and professionally.

This has been some of the best learning I have ever done. My communication and observation is off the charts. So many layers that I have been oblivious to. Game changer!
