I have purchased Lux Cozi Xylo baniyan M size but Snapdeal delivered XXL.
Snapdeal is thinking your future body shape.
And customer service is very poor no response

I am very happy with snapdeal snapdeal have free delivery process and product provide on time and the product of snapdeal good in quality i really like snapdeal for his services

Placed an order for antivirus software in October and confirmed the shipment will be delivered in a week. The shipment was deviated twice stating that delay of a week and further delay of another week.

Due to indefinite delay, I have cancelled the order in 3rd week of November and received a confirmation that the refund will be affected in 7 days. Now it is well over two and half months and still awaiting their reply even after having chat with customer support team few times.

Still looking for their response!!!!

Had a pathetic experience when I wanted to return a defective product supplied. Though I had ordered for white colored rotating container, I received blue one & that too was broken. But instead of resolving the issue, the pickup agents everytime refused to take it saying color is different. Tried talking to customer care executives thrice...everytime they are assuring that the return will be done but nobody turned up for pickup. Moving forward will never buy from Snapdeal. Pathetic service

I ordered Bhuwal fashion white beige saree. They sent horrible pink. I asked for replace. Again they have send the same pink only. If asked in chat their repliesare irresponsible.

Snap deal are a bunch of scammers. I ordered a set of 3 water bottles, received only 1 in delivery. They have a chat bot that speaks the same crap over and over, no customer support executive. I returned the order, courier refused to pick saying items missing. I told yes, cause it was never delivered in full in the first place. Complete scam online shopping app. Never order from here.

It's just scaming customer i ordered a keyboard mouse combo and it's been a month but still not recieve it.
