Absolutely terrible experience with Crorebet.
It has been over 48 hours since I made a deposit, and the amount is still not credited to my account. I raised a support ticket (SUP-1350620), but instead of actually resolving the issue, their team keeps sending the same copy-paste responses with no real action.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially when real money is involved. There is zero accountability, no transparency, and no urgency from their side.
If you value your money and peace of mind, think twice before using this platform. I will update this review if the issue is resolved, but as of now, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
I understand your response, but waiting this long without any clear timeline is very frustrating. It has already been over 56 hours, which is far beyond a reasonable processing time.
I need a more specific update — how much longer is this expected to take? Also, what exactly is causing the delay on the provider’s side? Simply saying it is “in progress” is not enough at this stage.
Please treat this as urgent and provide a concrete resolution timeframe. If this continues without clarity, I will have to escalate the matter further.

Are you guys Mad, why would the bank refund, when it's already credited to the beneficiary account.
You people are following a pattern to scam people. Same amount, same delay and same excuses after following up multiple times, with two of my other contacts. You are giving lame excuses for fooling customers.
Below is my bank's reply:
We inform you that, your service request 076947256 is closed stating that UPI transaction initiated from ICICI Bank Account XXXX2844 with reference number 399757569664 on 28/03/2026 for Rs. 2999.93 credited to beneficiary account on same day
For further, we request you to co-ordinate with your beneficiary for further more details.
What to do, tell me??????

As usual, they repeated the same thing on email as well- fraud and cheaters.....My Deposit was not credited, after multiple follow ups, they are just copy pasting that the transaction is failed; whereas my bank has confirmed on email that the amount was credited to their beneficiary the same day itself. I have emailed more than 10 times, and your customer care always reply:
