I had read the reviews, but decided to order anyway. Picked out a bunch of glass plus some other things. Anyway next day had a tracker number. Everything arrived on time and unbroken.Glass fit perfectly on two erigs. Very happy w service and the quality of items.

Took a little over a week for them to process my order. They use the most bootleg shipping service possible (yanwen) and they haven’t responded to my past email. Not impressed at all.
It says my order is going out for delivery today but USPS, UPS and FEDex all came and went and I still didn’t receive my package. Hopefully it arrives.
I had to download the shop app just to see the progress of my order. The only reason I ordered from this site was because of how cheap it was and for the free gift. I’ll be lucky if it arrives on time. If you try contacting the carrier it calls a number in China. I called, language was in Chinese and the automated machine hung up on me.

This shit. Is the goat. ok yes we know we get what we paid for . I order 9 items and 9 items non broken I got. They took like 10 days the is normal from were this site gathers this items I loiks nices and shit the website some people. Said they had bad time with custermer service. They should. Add a little more time to their website is lacking some info. And the shipment. Is ok but needs more. Work on maybe but doable and my items arrive nice not broken. But remember is not a site the u spect you gonna get a replacement 😀🤣 💅 grow up and don't crie if you guys don't have money to loose don't buy on this kind off sites because is a 50/50 today I got lucky next time who knows

Fourth order was never shipped and company went silent which is what they’ve done to other customers

Totally underrated, delivery was well packed (fragile pieces in protection etc) and their product lineup contains parts for my Vaporizers I couldn't find anywhere else. I'm very satisfied.

Delivery to Switzerland was a bit slow but that's really a minor thing as customs here are very strict.

They totally suck as to be expected from a Chinese company. Never respond to emails, credit card chargebacks, etc. Only take a chance with this company if you’re ok with losing your money.

Seller never shipped order. Waited endlessly. Tried to contact for status. Waste of time and money. Do not be tempted by good prices. They will take your money and never ship the order. At some point Eric said he lost the order but it was found, and will be fulfilled. He just created label and moved it around to look like activity. Scam. Never shipped, never received. Don't be fooled.

Almost two months after the order, it has not been delivered to USPS by their "shipping partner". ZERO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. A year ago, an order was received fairly promptly. Now I have to rate them as SCAMMERS. Charge back is in process.

First order was iffy, items were shipped the 1st of February but stayed in Jamaica NY for several days, I sent email to support, received no reply, the next day package arrived with no tracking update? Prices are way low and the pieces are nice. Second order fast response to shipping and again package is still waiting in Jamaica NY for USPS pickup, and then I receive tracking #. Have contacted them with several emails but no response. It looks like a lot of folks got hosed on their second order. Suggest not to bother with these people, way too many bad experiences listed here. Package has been in Jamaica NY for 11 days so far? You win some and you lose some.

I first nervously ordered a single piece after many failed Chinese deliveries with e Bay and received it within 10 days. I've since ordered from them twice more with the same results. I'm placing another rather large for me order today and have no worries of poor, crappy service or scam. I now fully trust them for good inexpensive glass.

2 glass pieces arrived broken and the seller has been ghosting me for 3 weeks. It's about 11$, not that bad but annoying.

I saw all these negative reviews here so was sceptical at first but everything was delivered at really discounted prices and no problems. Practically one third the price of POTV so this is the place to shop for sure. I've already placed two more orders.

Just a money black hole; STAY AWAY! Placed an order on 11/19/24; website says orders fulfilled within 48 hours. Received an email acknowledgement of the order right away and that was the last I heard from Smoke6. I asked for status twice through the website contact form and then a few weeks later, twice by email to customer service, with the last a request to cancel the order and refund a week ago. No response to any communication, no refund, order still showing as "unfulfilled". Requested a charge-back from my CC today, almost 6 weeks after the order was placed.

2 Items were damaged. Wrote 2 mails but got no reply

Over a month without responses to my several emails. Money is lost. Don't buy from this shop!

After the order is placed, the goods will not be shipped and money will not be refunded The point is that emails don't go back either I don't know if it's deliberately discriminating against Asians Because I saw a Chinese person in the same situation as me If any Asian is unfortunate enough to shop on this site I hope you have a chance to see my warning text in advance... Never received product won’t return email order any where but here don’t get fooled by the cheap price trash garbage worst customer service

First order, received in 2 weeks
Subsequent 2 orders- it has been almost 3 weeks, got shipping conf but no further info. A friend placed an order the same time, was charged and nothing since. NO ONE answers any emails for weeks!! I would go elsewhere as this company is a crap show and NO way to contact anyone! Cancel this seller as they are worthless and look online- others in the same boat. Never a reason NOT to answer a customer, particularly one you have 200+ $$ of their money and they got NOTHING!

I placed an order with several items. Unfortunately, the most expensive item was not included in the package. Still no reply after more than a week. Not recommended.

I have twice ordered from Smoke6. The first time was all great! Everything came as requested, good condition and good value. But the second was a big disappointment. I ordered 2 items my second time and asked if I could add to the order if it hadn't yet shipped. "Eric" said no problem so I added the third item. It arrived broken because it wasn't nearly as well packed as the first two items I ordered. Flimsy cardboard protection and not enough bubble wrap. I tried at least 4 times to get in contact about a replacement or refund but it was to no avail. No one got back to me. Buyer beware.
