Slow shipping and poor customer service.
I ordered from CityVaporizer.com on March 20, 2026 and gave 1 star due to extremely slow shipping and poor customer service. The package sat seven days before shipping and tracking showed it moved to customs. It has been stuck in customs for 20 days and still there as far as I can tell.
I asked support for the USPS tracking number after Canadian Post tracking stopped at customs and provided them my Canadian Post number. Their rep, Maija, replied that USPS sometimes shows delays and told me to use the same tracking number — she did not provide the requested USPS tracking code or offer any real assistance. Overall the experience was frustrating and felt like minimal effort from support; I would not recommend until shipping and customer-service responsiveness improve.
This is my second experience with City Vaporizer and will be my last. The other was the same with shipping. Although customer support did give me a USPS tracking number that worked. In my opinion, it’s a matter of time before this place rips me off based on the reviews on Trust Pilot.
