Great products, service, and delivery time.

Pros. Handy, easy to clean, battery life good enough, deep chamber. Much vapors.

Cons. When you use heavy pull inhaler the lips get hot, the screen is little, hard to read.

Still haven’t received store credit for a return that they’ve received for weeks, usually they don’t have such a delay and lack of email response. I can’t really blame them since I know how busy they say they are right now. Usually I’d give very good ratings…it’s just this transaction that’s not going too good. In the future I’m sure they’ll be faster and better service like I am used to from TVape.

I'm pretty upset and annoyed right now. I ordered a $200 device (Utilian 8) from this company over a month ago. The first device I received was broken. It stopped working after maybe three to five uses. I called up and they sent me an email to go through the steps of proving they sent me a broken device. I did exactly as they asked. Then they told me the video expired because they didn't view it in time. I had already deleted the video so I took yet another one proving they sent me a broken device. They assured me that all was well and that I would be receiving my new device and sent a tracking number. I was so excited to finally receive my working device and they sent me AN ATOMIZER. Not a new device. I tried using the atomizer thinking perhaps somehow that would fix the problem and it obviously did not because MY DEVICE IS BROKEN. At this point they have wasted at least an hour of my time between phone calls, emails, taking videos, uploading it to the site, etc. and I am sure they intend to waste more, if I ever even get what I paid for. This is bad business and it should be rectified at once. I would consider taking down my review if I am expedited the WORKING DEVICE I paid for and perhaps some kind of kickbacks/extras but as it stands for now, this is just bad business.

Agent (Lisa) was taking the time to reply to all and any question I had about products. Within hours of making my initial choice, I ask her if I could switch... and she did within minutes. Great service.

My experience…yes and no with this company.
I lived their CS very nice and well structured but man they sent me broken devices 2 times in a row and took like 3 days to get back to me when I sent initial message - for this reason I am avoiding to buy from them.
