I moved from Birmingham to Hartlepool. We bought a house through Smith and Frinds in Hartlepool. I was really concerned about being so far away through the process and not being able to liase in person, however i need not have worried. I was kept inormed every step of the way, first by Joanne and then as things progressed, by Rachel. All of my questions and queries were answered and things ran very smoothly for us. I recently worked with Manj and his team for a house purchase. I cannot recommend this agency enough! Manj was considerate and kept me updated promptly, working on my behalf to ensure a smooth transaction. No question was too trivial for him to answer and as a first time buyer, this kind of help was invaluable - he really is a credit to the agency. I also briefly dealt with Rachel at a stressful time in the transaction, who was incredibly kind and helpful - she made the entire situation much easier to navigate. Incorrectly marketed the property as ready to move into rather than requires a lot of updating. Recommending for auction after 18 months was the best move.
