I have used Smith and Friends previously for rental and sales; and this current sale was not the easiest. However, the whole team at Smith and Friends were extremely knowledgeable and professional from the initial consultation/valuation through to the sale completion. Lindsey in sales progression liaised with both myself and the buyers throughout. Her sheer determination, professionalism and liaising with my solicitor was amazing
I would not even consider using a different agent, and would highly recommend Smith and Friends.
