Initially working with them was good, they made regular contact when trying to sell their aligners and setting up payment etc. Since completing the plan and my teeth not being aligned as promised in the 3D images before hand, communication has been awful. I was offered a goodwill gesture approx 6 months ago and now I am unable to contact anyone after numerous phone calls and emails. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you make contact with anyone?

Judging by the other comments, it appears they have shut up shop. I have rang them up to 6 times over the last 3 weeks requesting them to send me a payment link and I keep being told the same thing by their so called customer service someone will get back in touch. I have 3 more aligners to complete my treatment. Everything has been fine up until the last 3 weeks but judging by other comments, I don’t hold up much hope I will complete my treatment plan. They should have the decency and send out my 3 remaining Inliners.

Initially the treatment was really helpful when it came to getting me started, they were kind and patient with the process, but afterwards when the process was over they practically washed their hands of me, my aligners had snapped and I urgently needed replacements for my week 20 aligners, and I needed retainers or I would lose the structure of my teeth and lose a lot of money, they keep ignoring my pleads for help, I have emailed them numerous times and called them multiple times and I keep getting stonewalled. It's very disappointing especially because of the amount of money I spent, I am now using my week 19 trays and I'm not sure how long they will hold. I would really appreciate if this message could get them to respond to me but at this point I am not certain.

One of the worst companies to ever exist. They do not care about customers and they will not help you with any issues. They will not call back if they offer you a callback and they never take the payments even if it’s there. I’ve been chasing them for months and nothing but yet they will text you to get your money but not even a good service. Never go with them !!!!!

It's actually so heartbreaking how they have treated me and others by the looks of the other comments. Never use this company! My whole aligner journey has now been a waste due to them not getting back to me, I've called countless times and been told that the person who I need to speak to is unavailable and they will get back to me.....they never do. My emails aren't getting replied too.
Please do not waste your time or money on this company!

Really disappointing - admitted they werent finalised but then havent sent a final set to complete the course. A lot of money spent for them to now be moving back. Don't recommend

Absolute worst company I’ve ever encountered! Have been waiting for my retainers to be sent out for 3 months now! Ive been on the phone multiple times and keep being told someone will call me back and had no call backs , I've sent many emails with no reply’s! I can’t believe that a company (even if it’s gone into liquidation) can be so rude to not even contact their customers back to atleast let them know!

Unfortunately without the retainer my whole aligners journey will be a waste of time and money as everyone knows without the retainers the teeth will go back to how they was. Have been stuck wearing my last aligner for 3 months! Also I am unhappy with the way my teeth have gone as it’s not the same as the photos they showed me previous to starting the course!

All fine to begin with. Until you have a problem and then they don’t want to know. Multiple emails and phone calls with no response or resolution. If you are going to use this company (which i don’t recommend) I suggest you pay for the treatment using a credit facility such as a credit card or Klarna - that way if your treatment is unsuccessful due to a fault their end you have a means of recouping your funds via a legal route. Would not recommend.

Well, I thought my problem was rectified but now I'm back to square one, asking for a final mould to be sent to complete and end of treatment review. My teeth are still twisting at the bottom and nobody is replying to my emails on both the main email address and a specific email address I was given for Alisha. Being ignored makes you feel like you've been sold to and dumped.

After writing my origional review (posted below) it wasn't long before the company got in touch, asking me to remove the review and as a reward they would send me out a teeth whitening kit. They did this swiftly I have to say but did have to send a couple of follow up emails requesting this.

Such a shame, I just want this sorting and to have a final aligner made and sent so that I can fix the issues but definately getting nowhere.

When I bought into Smile Correct Club, I asked what happens at the end of the process if you aren't entirely happy / satisfied with the results. I was assured that there is a full after care package and that they would contact me to review and if needed, they would happily coninue with the aligners to get the required result.

I had lots of calls asking me to promote their company and earn a commission. I did this and a friend signed up but no commission. Fine. Move on.

I never had a call for after care and have chased them for months. They don't respond to emails or answer my calls. I've requested a new mould as a tooth has been twisting at the bottom and has been wobbly since having aligners. My dentist said this happens when the teeth move too quickly (new retainer every week right?) and suggested I speak to an authodentist about a brace behind my bottom teeth. The top tooth still sticks out.

Smile Correct Club ignore my emails and calls. I've now actually lost my retainer too and I can't get a replacement or mould to fix my initial concerns and I'm wonderong - do I just cancel the direct debit? I'm paying for a serivce I am no longer receiving and results I am not 100% happy with. All the while worrying about how much my teeth are moving BACK to how they started and not getting a response from the company.

I wish I'd gone else where. Customer service very poor and no specific complaints email, just the generic one, which get ignored.

Absolute joke! My partner started her treatment and everything was working fine - no problems so far. Then when she got to the end of the treatment, she found that the treatment hadn't worked and asked if the company could send new moulds for the impressions to carry on. After several failed attempt regarding the impressions, we tried to message the person we were dealing with. We heard nothing from them. Weeks go by and many, many emails, WhatsApp messages later still nothing!!! I then discovered that the website no longer existed only a phone number and email. Rang the number and was told that I would be contacted. I have rang several times now and have been told each time that someone would ring back and still NOTHING! The company has requested to be dissolved on the Gov.uk companies web page. What the actual hell is going on??????? I have made a formal complaint to the company and requested a full refund from the finance company and will be sending a email to our bank. Fingers crossed we will get all out money back because this is such a scam! If you have been affected in the same way, please do try and get your money back.

Worst company ever!! Phoned them continuously since June, not one phone call back!! All the advisers say is we can only send an email to the person that deals with the enquires about the retainers and that’s it, don’t ever hear anything back no emails no phone calls nothing!! They’ve actually not moved my teeth at all made them 1000 times worse!! Contacting the bank tomorrow to see if I can get my money back. Contacted the finance company not heard anything back yet so will updates on this see if I get my money back!!

Set 10 don't fit - been ringing their service number non stop every week for 6 months and they state every time they will get back to me with a solution - still no solution. Absolute scam and cowboys.

Not even worth the 1 star! This service is no different to Smile Direct, same colour branding and same customer service if it can be called a called.

Please do not waste your money with these idiots. Pay the extra money and seek support from a proper dentist.

They are sweetness and light in getting you to sign up and say it doesn’t matter how long it takes we will get your teeth straight and how easy it is to straighten your teeth. 3 of the aligners did nothing, then they gave me another one for a month that slightly moved my teeth, then I had to contact them to say teeth still not straight, they sent 2 more aligners, teeth still not straight and the ‘dentist’ had the audacity to say my teeth are perfectly straight and if they straighten them some more my teeth won’t align! What utter nonsense is this……I thought my teeth were straight, but if you straighten them some more they won’t be straight. Do you even know what you’re talking about.

This company failed to respond to 2 formal complaints and refused to provide details as to how I access my data.

Please don’t waste your money with yet another cowboy company. I’ll be taking my complaint to the Dental complaints service.

Awful service - my teethe are still not straight even though I have emailed several months from march, the team have ignored me and not resolved my query.

At first I was very hopeful and the team were lovely when the initial sale was going through, no I am being ignored. I feel I have no choice but to go to the financial conduct authority. I will be raising this shortly with proof of all the emails.

I also called and was told I would receive a call back, still received nothing - they just take your money and if there are any issues they can’t be bothered to help.

So disappointed and really not worth the money.

I started my aligners October 2024…
First month was fine (each month they sent me 2 sets of aligners) then second lot 3rd & 4th set felt the same as the first then the 5th & 6th came they felt a little different little tighter then from 7th set onwards they gave me aligners that didn’t fit correctly they rubbed underneath & on my top gums - they sent me another set after 2 months of asking/ emailing phoning 8th 9th 10/11 /12 last set were the same same rubbed & made my gums so sore the were just not the right fit I emailed & emailed nothing the 12 set was the last set they didn’t fit correctly they didn’t replace they didn’t reply to emails nothing.
My gap has returned so wasted £1200 .

Smile Correct Club have filed to be dissolved - all this information is on Companies House. Essentially they are closing down.

If you haven’t received all of your treatments or are not getting on- going support, you can complain to the Financial Conduct Authority. If you still owe money as part of a finance package, but haven’t finished your treatment, you can raise a complaint with Payment Assist - the company that deals with the finance payments . They work on behalf of Smile Correct Club and they can also raise a dispute directly with them if you are unhappy to continue paying.

Furthermore, raise a dispute with your bank around the payments and services received. As part of the financial contract, the below is within the contract:

Your rights - if you receive unsatisfactory goods or services costing over £100 but no more than £30,000 under this agreement, you may have a right to sue the supplier or us or both. The Financial Conduct Authority is the supervisory authority of consumer credit agreements of this type and can be contacted at 12 Endeavour Square, London E20 1JN.

Utilise this to claim your money back! I have since received a full refund for incomplete treatment.

To be honest im disappointed coz it was all good from the start but when it came to the 17th and 18th set out of 20 their service went bad. So bad that I paid for the 17th and 18 set on the 9th of June but haven’t received them for a month and when i called they arranged another delivery but delivered the wrong set and now I have been calling like everyday and they are saying the same thing thing which is leading nowhere. And Im expecting to pay for another set when I haven’t received the ones I paid for. Im truly disappointed and hope they fix this coz we are paying a lot of money for them to just do as they wish

Do NOT use this service.
I have been neglected and ignored and my teeth are worse off from. This treatment. They promised to refund me and I never received it. I have been hung up on as soon as I called and they asked my name. Won't reply to my emails and have refused manager contact details to me. I have contacted citizens advice for legal action as its effected me physically and mentally. Go to a proper dentist is my hinsdt advice. I have been robbed and im devastated at the results.
Please do not use them.

I have 800 pound left to pay out of. 2k loan for me retainers
I am waiting on 1 last retainer as I wasn’t happy with my end result and haven’t heard anything in weeks!!!
I have tried emailing and calling….

What are people doing? Can we cancel our payments I’m so annoyed and disgusted
