Great products and really helpful customer service but let down by an awful courier firm who repeatedly failed to deliver when they were meant to, resulting in delays to the job. Would recommend, just remember to order well in advance of the date the product is required to account for the courier.

Following my own product research of 9 years ago I chose smartseal block paving sealer for ongoing maintenance to my driveway and have used it ever since. I find the product meets all expectations, user guides (videos) are excellent and my own experience when communicating with the company personnel is very positive, they seem to be very supportive of customers. Overall I recommend this company without hesitation.

Great company to deal with, purchased dark grey Blockmagic to colour my 30 year old brindle block paving patio & path. Delighted with the result, called Smartseal a couple of times during the process and found Reece very helpfull and friendly. Had a slight issue, sent Reece a couple of photos and he called me back within 10min, great service.

Does the job. Lifted the oil stains from my block drive. Left it clean.

Had a problem with a sealing brush which had to be replaced due to a manufacturing error. The 5 star review is for the aftersales service (Leanne) who arranged a replacement brush head promptly and efficiently.

I find Smartseal a very good company,second time using them, however disapointed with the carrier used, took 6 days to arrive and so missed the window of good weather that was necessary ,however recieved a message of apology for the delay from Smartseal, and will definitely use them again.

Great service provided by Ricky and the team. Very knowledgeable taking the time to identify the right treatment for my imprinted concrete drive. Very pleased with the whole process from service to delivery time and the quality of products.

A great product and very easy to apply

Everything was delivered on time with no fuss. Nothing on the website said the colour should be added to the mat not silk which the tub states & I bought silk. I should also have watched the video about amount of colour to add. Luckily I didn't overdo it by much. .

Follow instructions and note temp to be used between 5 and 20c
