Tavis was incredible and made the Medicare process so much easier…even with all my questions- - his attitude was nothing short of stellar! We even laughed and told a few jokes that kept momentum high. I mean who does that??? His follow thru was meticulously on point. Tavis made the transition I was dreading actually easy. And I so very thankful he was there. The whole follow up team was thorough and great. Agent started off sounding educated and honest. Then as soon as I was enrolled in a plan. He completely bailed on me. Refused to return calls, text messages any communication. Then the false promises came out! I ended up filing a grievance with Medicare it was so bad. Absolutely DO NOT SUGGEST THIS AGENCY. Even the Supervisors refuse to answer calls or return messages! Find a reputable company that does thier job! This 1 isnt it for sure!
