My previous insurance had dropped my doctor's practice & I did not want to change doctors so I chose to change insurances. Friends & family had recommended UHC & Nadia was very knowledgeable in changing me over to UHC as I have no business head & had a lot of questions & needed a lot of help. She was able to calm my fears & the change went smoothly.
