I really just wanted a comparison between my current plan and a new plan but I ended up having a new plan all set up to begin January 1 and even my old plan cancelled then. I had so many emails I couldn't even find a direct comparison of co-pays between the two plans. It's become a hassle trying to sort this all out just to keep my old plan.

My wife enroll in SmartMatch with the agent name Alex Stubbs on the phone, After receive the details policy thru email. my wife decided to change the plan. Unfortunately, after so many calls with the provided phone number by Alex Stubbs, she was never be able to contact Mr Stubbs or anyone else to revise or change her plan. It seems like Mr Stubbs just simply ignores her request. It is a very irresponsible for an organization and an agent after successfully luring a senior citizen into a plan then wash their hands after that.
