Great experience
I recently used SmarterClaims to challenge an unfair claim rejection. The AI generated rebuttal letter was genuinely very good and not something I could whave written myself or thought I could even challenge the claim without a lawyer . It clearly explained why the insurer’s decision was wrong and it was backed by the relevant case law and Ombudsman decisions. It also laid out the arguments in a professional, solicitor‑level way. The tool made a stressful situation much easier and gave me confidence in pushing back. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with an unfair insurance refusal and the fare pricing of the tool compared to a lawyer is really impressive . I would like to note, I heard about this new and innovative tool through a friend.

Subsidence
I had a subsidence problem with my house when cracks appeared in the outside walls. My insurer was unhelpful and difficult to deal with. Your help levelled the playing field and allowed me to engage with them in their language. A great service, easy to use and effective.

I’d never had an insurance claim refused before...
I’d never had an insurance claim refused before, so it came as a bit of a shock. Their whole system seems stacked against you and it feels like they are always trying trip you up. Your service is easy to use and the information you sent to me has been spot on. Although I know it is AI-driven you can tell there is someone real behind the curtain that knows what they’re doing. I’m still waiting for my insurer’s final decision, but we heard that a senior person has already agreed to take a look at it so we have our fingers crossed. Thanks very much for your help - A+++++ recommended.
