My dentist, Jo Wilson, has looked after me for about 30 years. I was a very nervous patient to begin with but she has always been lovely with me. Today she complemented me on how clean my teeth were which was lovely to hear. All the staff are friendly and helpful

Why lower standard of care?
My mum had a disappointing standard of care today unlike her previous good experience with dentist Ruth who explained each stage and was very thorough.
Today's dentist hardly waiting for the anaesthetic to work and then water was dripping from her mouth through the procedure (without the bib she would have been soaked). Finally, there was no explanation of costs until £80 bill was presented for the 20 minute appointment. It felt rushed.

Tooth extraction
I had to have a tooth out on 9 July 2026 at Trafford Dental Centre in Stretford. I was absolutely terrified, crying, and behaving like a complete wuss !! Rucha and Cecilia were unbelievably kind to me. Rucha brought in her headphones so that I could listen to ABBA, and Cecilia held my hand throughout the procedure. They’re both really lovely and I’m so grateful to them for being so kind to me xxxx

The Best Dental Experience I’ve Had
I couldn’t recommend Jess Bell at Worsley Dental Centre highly enough. From the very first appointment, she was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. Great service
Had to ring the dentist on my way to my appointment as got stuck in roadwork, the receptionist was really lovely and said she would let my dentist know, I arrived just in time, thankfully. Waited a couple of minutes before being called in. The nurse and dentist were brilliant, immediately put me at ease before doing the examination. Quick and painless, asked if I would like my teeth polished I refused ( don’t like it) and they were fine about it. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable and easy. Great dentist and staff.
