Hope their next victim-to-be checks out reviews before making a purchase from this company. The good reviews are fake, I have just reported some. After cancelling order from Groupon in half an hour!, finally got my money back, nearly a month later! They lie,that they sent a refund, even Groupon lies, saying, the refund's been processed. PayPal sorted it at the end very efficiently. Sliding wardrobes 4you's English is very bad, also stalling process with emails, while keeps updating your Groupon order which you cancelled days ago. Looking all aorund for reviews, the good reviews are all from India and Pakistan, repetitive or advertisements. Stay away! Reporting to Trading standards

The worse furniture company I have ever come a cross!! The delivery was one month late after calling the store several time chasing delivery man chasing store chasing staff no help at all. Paid £650 for a rubbish wardrobe. Wardrobe came with no mending instructions. I called again for help no one answered after a week chasing they just hang up phone on my face. Amazingly worst customer service. Wardrobe came with 100s pieces but no instructions. Just give them 000 stars!!!

Ordered a sofa bed using wowcher over a month ago and it never arrived!! I want my REFUND! Witch i have tried to get for 3/4 weeks now. i will be taking them to court!! SCAMMERS

ITS A SCAM

I ordered a wardrobe on Wowcher because I trusted that their third party was genuine. Little did I know there were scamming me and others out of our money and using excuss. There told me the wardrobe was delivered and this wasn't true because I place an order on 20 January and there said it was on 21 January which was a lie cause I contacted them on the 22nd to book a delivery slot and there said it will be out on 9 February no one show-up. I have CCTV footage that this wasn't delivered. The Courier company is a fake as well. I am in contact with Wowcher now but there don't seem to understand that I have been scammed by a number of people using their platform. I really hope that I get my money back cause I will be reporting this to the police and the fraud department

I bought a wardrobe via Wowcher, assuming they would only use a reputable company.
Initially I was very impressed, I had a phone call and email confirming it would be delivered 2 days after purchase. I waited in all day - no wardrobe.
To cut a long story short the next month I spent trying to speak to someone - communication on the phone was very difficult. There were a lot of emails - most of which replied to with a 'don't worry'.
There was never any explanation and certainly no apology.
Once the month had passed I got Wowcher involved and after 2 months finally got a refund- although it was Wowcher that issued the refund due to my complaints. Sliding Wardrobes 4U were not responding to Wowcher's emails.
Had I ordered directly through this company I think I'd still be waiting.

Wardrobe ordered Fri 25th Nov 2022 to arrive within 7 days.
Wardrobe was promised to arrive time after time, getting the same repetitive message from NOVA @ SLIDING WARDROBES 4U
Tracking number sent from NOVA was for a scam courier company,
website saying they had already delivered it!
Eventually received refund on the 13th Jan 23, from the host allowing SLIDING WARDROBES 4U to use their platform, and believe me SLIDING WARDROBES 4U are on many.

Absolute scam, I bought a 2+ 3 seater sofa through Groupon from this company. They rang and told me that the sofa was not in stock and offered me 2 different ones . I declined and said I would wait until it is back in stock. They rang back and said the sofa would be delivered the next day. Very Confusing.
2 Men dropped sofas off which was half covered in cardboard that had boot prints on and then shrink-wrapped. I took all this off and found that it wasn't the sofas I had ordered and that the bottom of the sofa had rips in it and there was no where to put the feet in. The sofa that was sent was completely different dimensions to the one advertised. when trying to contact the company I was ignored & Hung up on 3 times they do not like speaking to the customer on the phone. One man screamed at me and told me I would have to pay £150 to return it and I will not see any refund not a penny of it. They are currently in contact with me via Whatsapp but it seems to of gone quiet.

I am not giving up though I have been in touch with trading standards and will carry on till i get my money back.

Scammers! take your order, give false dispatch details and when delivery date comes around they text you to say they have no stock and try to fob you off with an alternative. AVOID

Bought sofa from this company via Groupon. Very bad quality. No replacement nor refund and it has been weeks already. They are trying to ignore your problem and not doing anything. AVOID with all cost!

I placed an order for a wardrobe and the order arrived late and incomplete. I still have not had the needed items to complete the wardrobe despite numerous emails and promises from, yes, you've guessed it, Nova!!

Luckily I ordered through paypal and have asked for a refund

Since 1st December I was told the couch I ordered through wowcher was not in stock. The alternatives were not in the colour I ordered
I have requested a refund. To which is replied with ‘ The request is generated with our management already soon we will fix this out for you’!!!
It’s all a bit shady holding on to £850, when a refund should have happened by now.
The item is not in stock, you cannot offer the same colour. Therefore, I can have a lawful refund. It shouldn’t have to take this amount of aggravation.

do not buy from this company. They are scamming people on Wowcher, There is a guy called Nova, who will answer all phone calls and emails. Utterly useless and will deliberately act dumb so that they don't have to take responsibility for anything. I threatened to take them to court, then they started to take some notice.

Please DO NOT buy from this company. Extremely late delivery. Continuous lies from staff. Offered £30 partial refund to apologise for inconvenience. No refund given. All communication via email only. Rude unfriendly staff and so many lies. Disgraceful and shocking customer service. Update: Still no refund 3 weeks later. Just more lies. Bought this sofa through WOWCHER. Will not be using either company again. No phone number for either company!!!

An utter shambles of customer service. Ordered a wardrobe, and when it came one of the mirrored doors had a huge crack, tried contacting them and had no response. Luckily, we bought through Amazon, so filed a refund claim, and wardrobes 4 u got in touch straight away, to ask us to cancel the refund as they were sending a replacement, but it would take 2 weeks. Replacement arrived in a heavily damaged box, and upon opening the box, there was a big chip in the front of the door, and the screw holes for the fittings were cracked and completely useless, I fully believe this is a door another customer has returned due to the damage and they have just repacked it and sent it to us. This has been dragging on since the start of March!! Companies like this should not be allowed to operate!!!
Update - Amazon issued us with a refund, and we received a phone call from this company threatening to take us to court if we don’t pay them back for the wardrobe!!

Didn’t have the wardrobe I ordered and paid for, was never offered a refund only an alternative. I chose an alternative and didn’t hear anything for weeks. I messaged and called via WhatsApp and my messages were read & ignored, when I called I was told someone would call me back. Went back and forth like this 6-7 times until I got annoyed with them, they then booked me a delivery date. The wardrobes were an absolute nightmare to assemble. None of the parts were labelled or numbered. They’re ok quality and would say good value for money but the assembly & the service was awful. Not to mention the alternative wardrobe I got was cheaper than the 1 I ordered and paid for and I’ve still not had the difference refunded despite asking 3 times over the last 3 months

Disgrace of a company. I ordered a wardrobe to be delivered by 6th April as I was going away. The wardrobe didn't arrive so I asked for a refund to be told, no problem we will refund soon. They still have not refunded my money and after telling them over and over again that I am away they then tried to deliver a wardrobe even tho I requested a refund. I tried calling the phone number over 30 times a day, noone will answer and they will lie to you through email and wattsap. Thankfully PayPal are refunding me. Shocking company with shocking service

Avoid at all costs buying from them!!! Bought a wardrobe on Saturday 12th of Feb. Delivery came, we unpacked the boxes and realised that shelves are missing. Reached out to them and they have promised to deliver shelves by Tuesday 15th of Feb. I have been chasing for days, ringing them as well as messaging, they just ignore you. Yesterday we finally received our shelves for wardrobe at 9.30PM. They advertise for same day delivery/next delivery however don't deliver to their service. Quality of the wardrobe is terrible too. I wouldn't buy from them again and would recommend.

I ordered a sliding wardrobe on the 21st November 2021 from this company via OnBuy. It was a present for my Granddaughter, who had just had her first baby and moved into a new home. She was over the moon when I told her.
It should have been delivered on the 8th December, its now 25th January 2022, nothing deliverd. Trying to make contact and get answers is ridiculous.
I can now see the only way forward is card company reversing the payment or small claims court.
What a scam.
