I was a bit skeptical about the purchase because I have been scammed by another seller, but this time I was wrong.
The wardrobe has been delivered within 7 days, it is solid, massive, the interiors are well done.
It has been built swiftly and with precision.
I'm really happy about this purchase!
Highly recommended

We had a great experience with the company when ordering our wardrobe. The delivery service was smooth and well organised, and the assembly service they arranged was excellent. Everything was handled professionally, making the whole process easy and hassle-free from delivery to installation.

We really appreciated the convenience of having everything organised for us, and the overall service was very good. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service when purchasing furniture.

I’m very happy with my purchase! The wardrobe is exactly as described, great quality, and looks beautiful. I highly recommend it!

Really happy with my new wardrobe — great quality, and they did an amazing job assembling it. A special thank you to Sohail, who was incredibly helpful and even helped move my old wardrobe out. Excellent service!

I was actually considering cancelling my furniture order after reading some reviews, but I spoke to Adam and he completely changed my mind. He was very helpful, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything to me.

I’m so glad I decided not to cancel the order. Everything turned out perfectly, and I’m really happy with the furniture and the overall experience.

My advice is: don’t just judge a company based on reviews. Speak to them directly and give them a chance to help you. In my experience, Adam was brilliant and I’m very happy that I kept my order. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The man came to deliver the wardrobe and assemble it it came broken but they still put it up I have ask for a full refund because I don’t want a another wardrobe from them there badly built I have called them and emailed them no answer

Avoid at all costs, Shocking company, delivered wrong product and wanted me to keep it at a £20 Reduction?
Eventually they took product back with them. I have contacted Jz by phone and web chat about when I can expect delivery of correct wardrobe, but have received nothing regarding a delivery date, which was purchased 3 weeks ago. Having to go through PayPal to get money back… Avoid avoid….

I cannot give a better review for JZ furniture. I spoke with Jawad the owner to check my measurements he was so helpful. I ordered my wardrobe yesterday and it was installed today. Sohail the fitter kept me up to date on his arrival to install and both he and his colleague went above and beyond to help me. I am so pleased with the communication and product. Please don’t hesitate to use JZ furniture.

Do not buy from JZ Furniture. Faulty products and terrible customer service. I bought a Milan Sliding Mirror Wardrobe with assembly and this is what I experienced:

1. No communication at all then suddenly they delivered the wardrobe at 8pm without any warning
2. They were unaware of the assembly requirement and said they weren't able to do it, so left the massive parcel with us unassembled
3. The next day someone came to assemble it on his own when it was clearly a 2 person job
4. He took 4 hours to assemble and it looked like he's never built anything before. After a couple of days it was clear that the assembly was poor as the door came loose, and the mirror cracked (very easily). The owner maintained that it's "supposed to be a bit loose" - clearly indicating a design fault.
5. The owner refused to replace the door and just sent someone to fix it better than the first person did, leaving the huge crack in the mirror there. In the process he blamed the design of my house and my children as the cause of the problem.

Save your time and money and never do business with JZ Furniture.

Avoid this company. They are unprofessional, dishonest and even abusive. The owner is rude, aggressive and has an embarassing habit of threatening legal action; evening they are blatantly in the wrong. You likely won't get your order on time and they will claim you haven't paid for fitting and try to pressure you to keep the item at your doorstep without the assembly service you paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️

Absolutely unprofessional, disrespective and dishonest. Please save yourself time and energy and steer clear of this terrible business. Had to do a chargeback after they decided to deliver twice without fitting a wardrobe, despite paying for it and refused to cancel/refund the order. They delivered after I requested the chargeback and relied on me to get the chargeback reversed and failed to submit the evidence to the bank to have the cb reversed. Currently hassling me to make a direct bacs payment, putting me at risk of making a double payment and unwilling to speak to me to find a way to resolve this. At this point I'm suspecting that they ar deliberately trying to get two lots of payment from me. I would strongly recommend you stay away from this company. Whilst I have remained respectful and have contacted my bank several times to make sure I've clarified the matter on my end, they have simply been blaming me and pressuring me to make a seperate payment (too). The item itself was fine but they are not items exclusive to this business so please save yourself from the distress and order your items from other businesses.
